This was my first time buying from this company and the website was easy to navigate. I liked that the entire buying process was steam-lined and efficient. I will be back.

We received the stand in a timely fashion. It was damaged in shipping and are now waiting for replacement parts. The customer service is very responsive. Great experience with them so far.

I ordered 2 patio chairs, received them very quickly and I am very happy with them.

First time ordering from this site. Product showed up faster than expected. It was well packaged. Product is exactly as described. No matter what website I visited it seems all these outdoor wicker sets sit low and have low backs, not good for tall people, but I guess this is what I have to live with. Can't beat the price! If it holds up, I will order more.

Not all of the required hardware was in the box. I had to go out and buy bolts at the local hardware store.

I have been waiting a month for a response from Costway's customer service dept. to no avail.
Several attempts made and nothing but crickets.
I would not shop with this very poor business model that is intended to provide a lousy shopping experience.
Wayfair is probably a better option.
