I am satisfied with the shopping experience as I found something I was somewhat happy with. However, when delivered one of the pieces was broken and customer service advised to use superglue on it which is not very advisable. They then offered a refund of £17 which is not enough considering I had paid over £5 for insurance and damage cover.
ALISTAIR PORTER AND LI SHENG ARE THIEVES. Costway have **helped themselves to £179.95 from my bank account** and then acted like my order simply vanished into thin air. No order confirmation. No email. No reference number. No product. Just my money — **gone**. After **numerous phone calls**, Costway repeatedly claim they "can't find" my order. Funny, because my **bank has no trouble finding it**. They've confirmed: * The payment was **successfully taken** * The exact **time of purchase** * An **authorisation code** proving Costway received the money Yet Costway somehow have **no record of taking £179.95**. So which is it — a system so broken it loses paid orders, or a company happy to take money with zero accountability? Customer service is a masterclass in incompetence: endless calls, no answers, no ownership, and absolutely no urgency to return money they took without delivering anything. I've now had to escalate this with my bank because Costway are either **unable or unwilling** to resolve a problem they caused. Paying nearly **£180** to be gaslit and ignored is not shopping — it's a warning.
Brilliant service, this play kitchen is a must have to any little girl. It took me a while to assemble as it is a lot of little pieces but it is very easy and enjoyable. My daughter loves it. Thank you

I ordered a wheeled walker with a seat to help with my poor mobility. I assembled the walker but could not work out how to raise the handles. I phoned the number on the label attached to the frame and was answered immediately. No robot voice asking questions and being invited to press button A or B or whatever. Being an older person, that carry-on drives me NUTS! The lady answered and talked me through the process that would let me raise the handles. Voila! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Excellent customer care - thankyou so much!
P.S. An excellent item that does what it says on the tin. I've been out and about with confidence, especially since I can have a wee seat when my screamingly painful knees need a break.

Costway is a good company, they delivery my order the second day at great speed.
Why my experience was bad? It was the problem of the manufacturer and DHL.
DHL get my parcel the next day as I said above, and DHL's tracking show it will delivery on 15/Mar, but I can only get the parcel until 20/Mar.
After I receive the parcel, the colour inside was incorrect. The box shown it is "Black" colour which was I ordered, but inside is "Dark Brown" Colour, it was obviously the manufacturer pack wrong colour inside the box.
After I report to Costway, customer service "Tertia" help to replace the parcel. They booked DHL to return the parcel on 22/Mar, after I wait at home for a whole day, DHL not come to my home. "Tertia" check DHL's tracking, DHL said they arrived and I was not at home, I immediately check my CCTV, nobody arrived my home.
"Tertia" help to book again today 23/Mar, again DHL was disappeared.
Although I got bad experience, but it was no involve Costway, it's the problem of the manufacturer and DHL which Costway cannot control, Costway is also a victim. Costway gave me fast response and follow up everything, they done a very good job. I will surely recommend Costway to you.

It's a very heavy box and it's preesnt for a friend, so I don't want to open it yet. But I'm hoping and trusting it's all OK.
