I am satisfied with the shopping experience as I found something I was somewhat happy with. However, when delivered one of the pieces was broken and customer service advised to use superglue on it which is not very advisable. They then offered a refund of Ā£17 which is not enough considering I had paid over Ā£5 for insurance and damage cover.
ALISTAIR PORTER AND LI SHENG ARE THIEVES. Costway have **helped themselves to Ā£179.95 from my bank account** and then acted like my order simply vanished into thin air. No order confirmation. No email. No reference number. No product. Just my money ā **gone**. After **numerous phone calls**, Costway repeatedly claim they "can't find" my order. Funny, because my **bank has no trouble finding it**. They've confirmed: * The payment was **successfully taken** * The exact **time of purchase** * An **authorisation code** proving Costway received the money Yet Costway somehow have **no record of taking Ā£179.95**. So which is it ā a system so broken it loses paid orders, or a company happy to take money with zero accountability? Customer service is a masterclass in incompetence: endless calls, no answers, no ownership, and absolutely no urgency to return money they took without delivering anything. I've now had to escalate this with my bank because Costway are either **unable or unwilling** to resolve a problem they caused. Paying nearly **Ā£180** to be gaslit and ignored is not shopping ā it's a warning.
Brilliant service, this play kitchen is a must have to any little girl. It took me a while to assemble as it is a lot of little pieces but it is very easy and enjoyable. My daughter loves it. Thank you

Mesh Drafting Chair with Flip-up Armrests and Mid-Back Padded - at it's lowest level my feet don't reach the floor, at some higher levels I can't comfortably put my feet on the bar and it can't be used to perch as shown in one of the pictures as it rolls backwards. Costway wouldn't pay for the return despite it not meeting my needs and we couldn't get it apart to return it anyway. Was looking forward to a more comfortable experience and haven't achieved it.

No issues with the ordering as that was pretty straightforward. However DPD gave mixed messages about delivery so I rescheduled and as we're both out at the time of delivery our neighbour would take the parcel. However, the DPD photo suggested the parcel had been left on my doorstep and that I had signed for it, when clearly I hadn't. I assumed that the parcel had been stolen of my doorstep. Fortunately my neighbour had the parcel, so after some stress I received my item.

Ordered the pantry cabinet, all straight forward but had to help delivery driver carry it from van to door due to it being quite heavy. With me being unable to move it once inside I cut the box so could take individual pieces upstairs but be warned on reading the instructions inside the box it says not to do this as they will only accept it back in original packaging, I have not assembled yet so am hoping everything is as it should be, the panels look really nice but as I say the only way I could get it upstairs was to open it and take individual bits upstairs, there is also a lot of packaging, but delivered on time and should look nice when assembled.
