Bought more than one cosplay but they ended up not fitting. They ignored emails for a return until I opened a paypal case, which they must have lied on because the case was denied. They finally reply to my many many emails after months and give me a return number. Have not heard back from them since. They received the return in January, 2 months ago.

The costume were amazing and it came fast, and wig was pretty good as well, they replied really fast

I decided to try this website for the first time as I thought their wig was the perfect one for my cosplay. After almost two months of waiting (which was not expected, since they promised me a maximum of 20 days and I received all of my other cosplay orders well before theirs) I received a package that was damaged on the outside, but not on the inside luckily. The wig itself has very high quality fibers, but does not look like the one on their website. I will make it work and the difference is not drastic, but still it was another red flag. The customer support was kinda helpful, even though not very friendly. Overall I would not buy again from them and would not recommend this website, too many uncertaintes, the products are probably overpriced and the free shipping was very late. I was expecting something better overall, so shop here at your own risk and only if you have no other options, I had a way better experience with AliExpress to be honest.

Paid for express shipping which is 1-3 days. They sent it out in 8. Fine what ever i didnt get it so i returned it they were fine gave me a RAN and everything. Its now 2 weeks no reply no refund no nothing. I even got express tracking return that says its been delivered ages ago. Disputing with paypal at the moment. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS SITE IF YOU ARE NOT 100% OK WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF LOSING YOUR MONEY scammers i feel. Should be shut down

So I ended up ordering a magilou from tales of berseria cosplay. When I ordered this I already knew that I was gonna edit out stuff I wasnt particularly happy about myself and just use it all as a base (her outfit is pretty complicated). Well I had bought the item around my birthday and then my friend ended up telling me they were gonna make me it and help me as a gift. Yikes. So I email them really quick HOPING there was a chance that I could get it canceled because PayPal wouldnt let me. Note that this was all in the same day that I bought it. I think I wrote at least 5 emails to them. To which they NEVER responded. At about 2 weeks I ended up actually forgetting about it. Live and learn you know? But then I ended up getting the cosplay in the mail... I was so confused honestly. But whatever roll with what you got. So I open everything and its honestly really great work... stitching is beautiful details are nice but the only problem... and heres the funny part. Well. Im a petite x small girl. And I ordered x small. Everything that came with her cosplay is an extra small. The tights, the arm bands, the shorts... hell even the hat has a small head. But the main top is literally large. Its so big on me that I can fit another person. At first I was angry, and then it turned into funny like how do you $#*! up that one thing? So bad? But I decided to email them asking for a replacement. Hey if I have the cosplay in my hands might as well use it. But I highly doubt they will reply to me considering I didnt even KNOW it was shipped out or that I would get it. Literally they never updated my order. And I had nice shipping too! Yikes! My favorite part is that I even messaged them on Facebook about it. I didnt even say I wanted the whole cosplay replaced. Just the top and they saw my message and didnt reply. Kinda laughable at this point at customer service but hey at least I can fix the issue myself sort of. So just be wary!

I purchased a Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen wedding dress costume for an upcoming Halloween party. I had an issue with my card upon checkout and sent an email message to the customer service department, hoping to hear back from them within a day or two to get it resolved. I was amazed to receive a response within a few minutes - especially since it was about 12:30am. The customer service representative handled my issue promptly and professionally (even making a last-minute adjustment for me), and informed me that I should receive my items in approximately 10 days.
I was surprised to see my order show up in only 6 days. When I opened the parcel, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the costumes. I somewhat expected it to look different than the picture on the site, but that wasn't the case at all. It exceeded my expectations in every way - high quality material with sturdy fasteners, and it fit very well (their sizing chart is very accurate). They definitely paid attention to detail in the design of both of these costumes as they look amazing when worn. Note: The Jon Snow costume is very warm so keep that in mind if you intend to wear it somewhere that the temperatures are on the high side.
My experience was very positive and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them in the future.

I read all of the scary warning reviews about this site, but decided to give it a shot. I was wary and anxiety ridden through out the whole thing. I ordered a Kingdom Hearts 3 Sora costume. It shipped out in 11 days, it got to my door in a week. I live in a rural area, so that's pretty good shipping for me. Everything came neatly packaged, each item of clothing in its own baggie- But there was a really weird smell. Letting it hang out side for a few hours did the trick.

Quality wise- It's fairly decent. Everything fits well. The pants are baggy at the bottom like in the video game. But how the red lapel sits on the jacket irritates me, but with a seam ripper I managed to fix it myself. The major complaint is- I absolutely cannot stand the gloves they sent me. They look like they're made out of weird puffy winter jacket material and way too big. You can only see the tips of my fingers sticking out of the glove. Even with the yellow belt tight around it, it's still too big. I won't be wearing them for the con since they look so stupid :(. The zippers on the jacket and pants seems fragile and cheap as well.

So except for three or four complaints to the costume itself, I'm fairly satisfied with it and will be happy to wear it to the con. But not the gloves. To hell with those gloves.

I have purchased from Cosplay Magic multiple times since I was about 16... I'm now 23... I have owned many cosplay from them and they've all held up surprisingly well... Even though a TON of wear. My only complaint isn't their fault... The men's pants never fit me but I have wider hips. Female sizing is a little bigger than advertised but men's sizing is spot on! Very happy with this company over the many years I have used them.

So i got today my sombra cosplay, and it's waaaay too big! I ordered size S because the size chart said i need that and it's like a L. No really, it's just too big. And i paid 290$ for a costume i have to open up and sew smaller if possible. I also didn't get the costume on the pictue, the pants are not made of faux leather and the armor parts are made of fabric and also not very accurate. Please if you read this invest your money in a other shop you will regret it like me. I spended way less money on aliexpress and got better quality costumes that this... i don't even know how to call it... this mess of fabric sewn together.

I so naively ignored the warnings of other reviews and decided to try this site out. It hasn't been 5 days and red flags are jumping up everywhere. I ordered an Inuyasha cosplay outfit for 103.00$. So, besides being overpriced, there were hidden fees I was not told about dropped on me as they took the money from my master card. About, 42.76$ more than anticipated. I have emailed them several times and hope to cancel that order before they send me anything. Besides being overpriced, there are other outfits for less that look much better on other, reputable sites. They got 1 star because I couldn't give zero.

I saw bad and good reviews and was mixed about getting a Cosplay here, but they looked so nice on the pictures I decided to give it a shot. It was a huge mistake.

I sent my measurements to them and they suggested me the medium size for the Deadpool costume. Paid $180 with free shipping. Received it after a few days only, I was extremely excited about it.
It was /way/ too big. I couldn't even put the pants, I was floating in it and it's fully fall down on the floor.
The jacket had white marker marks all over it.
I decided to resend it to get a refund, and this is when I understood I was getting $#*!ed: they sent me a damaged item that was too big for me even though I gave them my measurements, but /I/ had to pay $60 for the shipping, and they refunded me $151 instead of $180 because they don't refund the shipping (which was FREE on their website.) Terrible customer service, not to mention I paid $35 of taxes for it to almost get delivered in the wrong town. Please don't do the same mistake as me. The cosplay's are terrible, and you'll lose so much money on this.

Honestly just follow the size guide and you should be okay. Allow yourself an extra inch if possible - especially if you have a couple months to go till your con. I got my order within 3 weeks of ordering and everything looks really good! The only thing I can complain about if that the tunic for one of them was supposed to be kind of like a dress and it barely covers my butt. Otherwise I'm so happy with what I got and was really impressed by the quality of material and that the sizes were true to the guide.

Whenever I needed information and would email them they would get back to me quickly with the correct information which was a huge relief.
The costume came in the mail about a week after they had shipped it out - the fast shipping was so fantastic and nothing had been damaged on the way over here.
The costume itself was so wonderfully put together. The only issue I had was with some of the detail where nothing had been cut in a straight line and seemed kind of sloppy. For the price of the costume the least I expected was a bit of care taken with the details.
However, overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Cosplay Magic again!
