I got the Assassin's Creed Syndicate Evie cosplay. The shipping was fast, but the service was kind of awful. When the costume arrived it looked nice, but was a bit smaller than I liked. I've already read that returning it for a bigger size would be a huge hassle so I didn't. A week before the con I went to, buttons started popping off of it, I sewed all of them back on giving it the benefit of the doubt that I was just a little to active when testing it out. Then the zipper from the undershirt came off and while at the con, I lost four buttons, I'm going to have to replace the whole set and the zipper! Long story short, I'm not buying from them again.

I was looking for a costume to do a genderbend of Naruto. I did my research and cosplaymagic was the site I decided to buy from. I regret it now! I bought a custom made Naruto cosplay costume from them. Gave them all my measurements, made sure they understood that I'm a girl and wanted it form fitting and feminine. Received my costume within 3 weeks and OMG the costume was a complete disaster! You would think this costume would fit me like a glove since I gave them my exact measurements, nope, didn't fit me at all. The thing was huge! As if it was made for a giant man! The jacket was huge, the pants were huge, everything huge! I'll never wear it as is. I contacted them and explained my situation when they told me they do not do refunds on custom made costumes. My argument, not anywhere on their site does it mention no refunds on custom made costumes and this costume wasn't even custom made as it doesn't even fit me at all! I sent them pictures of what the costume looked like on me and I never received another email from them. I got totally screwed. Cost me $250 CAD and I'm stuck with a costume that doesn't fit me and I'll never even be able to wear/use. Do yourself a favor and avoid this site at all cost!

I ordered a Killer Bee cosplay from Cosplaymagic.com, it look exactly like in the picture on the website, the quality it's very nice, i live in Rome i received around 6 days from ordering, I recommend you to take one size smaller, so if you are L take the M size. ;)

I ordered a cosplay wig and Kunai for a Naruto Haku cosplay back in early may(Priority Airmail also) And make a specific request to have it asap. It is now late August and it says the product was shipped. I never received the product, nor have I had any words from the so-called-retailer. I have e-mailed them but not received a response. I spent $59 on this order, and have not even been given the option of a refund. Totally pathetic, avoid at all costs.

I've gotten two costumes from Cosplay Magic; Tsubasa Sakura, and Mikasa Ackerman's scouting uniform. The Sakura one was great, needed little to no adjusting. Mikasa's... not so much. The hood of the cape is literally the size of my torso. The pants are too big, but the belt is too small, but the hip wrap skirt is perfect. The blouse and jacket are both too long in the sleeves, but I knew that might happen because I'm kind of short. The real $#*!ery came when I tried to put on the harness. I'm fairly certain that this harness was designed for a 5 meter Titan, because it sure as hell doesn't fit a 5' tall woman.

After comparing all the sites and costumes, I chose Cosplaymagic. I ordered my daughters costume (Ouran High School Host Club Boy Uniform) on Saturday the 11th. I was worried I wouldn't get it for Halloween, but received it Tuesday the 14th. Fantastic! Great quality. I was expecting junk, but not the case at all. Size was good too. I will definitely use Cosplaymagic again.
I think everyone needs to read the information on the product and understand. If the price was cheap, the costume will be cheap. I on the other hand ordered the good one and got the good one. Nice!

Ordered an Ulquiorra cosplay costume and Wig during Chinese new year.
I was concerned the order might be delayed due to it so I sent an email regarding the matter. I received word back 2 days afterwards stating that indeed due to Chinese New Year orders are set back and I'd have to receive the costume within the next week as operations had resumed again.
About 3 days later I received the outfit.
Outfit and Wig were exactly as what you could see from the website photo's.
Great company, would buy from them again.

Unfortunately, my experiences with CosplayMagic have yielded exceedingly poor fabric choice and lackluster quality in both appearance and longevity. However, while not necessarily true, many con fans will point out the differences between costumes and cosplay when it comes to the quality and authenticity of their outfits. And this site is sadly just another one of those cheap shops that mass produce junk.

At least from my previous encounters with them, their Jin Kazama and Jin (Samurai Champloo) outfits were atrocious. I actually burned them, knowing that the world's better off with those two pieces of work flamed from existence. Lessons learned, people.
