Don't order from these guys. Items that are listed as "available" in many cases are not. Wrong items shipped and try to charge for shipping when they make mistakes. No answering of phones and can only correspond via email and they respond very slowly. Never will they apologize for their mistakes, even when pointed out. Try to do partial refunds and have to watch the credit card statements to make sure you get your money back. Have given them a few tries and the same experience every time. Never again!

Still have a $28 credit that i can't use, I have the receipt but they won't acknowledge it, nobody to call, no answer

I made the mistake of purchasing Part from Corvette mods for my 86 Corvette. It took them forever to ship and when I finally did get them they were damaged from poor packaging and missing items. When I Tried to contact returns they do not have a phone Number. Only through email can you do any correspondence with them. They finally gave me a return authorization but I had to pay for shipping to send back items that were damaged. I never received a refund. They do not return my emails or my phone calls and I am screwed out of $203. Please do not make the same mistake I did and used this Poorly run company.

I purchased a C8 engine lighting kit - initially thought reasonable priced, cheaply made, no instructions, no customer service at all. They make it impossible to connect with them - they should be embarrassed with both their product and non/existent customer service. I would never do business with these people!

They sent me damaged and not even the same size decals. After numerous emails from them saying they shipped the item then saying the warehouse was backed up then it shipped again but no tracking they went dark. After over a month of constant emails with no response I disputed the credit card charge as I didn't get the item I paid for and now they are threatening me with collections. Now it's funny they want to respond right away. Be aware they are frauds and thank god it wasn't hundreds lost with these people.

I wish I would have read the reviews before doing business with these clowns. I own three corvettes and love working on them. A friend recommended this company and I downloaded the app. I purchased a dash mat for my 2003 and paid the with PayPal. After three weeks nothing. I called but only got an answering machine. I then emailed them twice, and finally an idiot responded saying that was the sales department. Well dufus, that's the only email address you provided. I contacted PayPal and let them handle it. My advice is stay with companies you trust like Ecklers. This appears to be a one man operation buying cheap Chinese parts. I hope whoever reads this stays away from this outfit.

They sent products that did not work they had 2 male ends to plug together,. Return policy is garbage even when the send you and RMA dispute your credit card and stay away!

If I could have given less than one star I would have. Corvette Mods advertised a Painless Performance wiring harness to fit a 1990 -1992 Corvette at a cost of $499.99. Upon receipt of the harness I noticed the ECU connections were not compatible with my car's ECU. Technical Support at Painless Performance informed me that the harness would not in fact work in my car and that it is designed for operating only the engine from my car in another entirely different car such as a street rod. I notified Corvette Mods Customer Service Department via email to request a return authorization for the harness. The email contained the transaction information they should have needed to process the return. Several days later they provided a response requesting I complete an RA form which provided them with ALL of the information I had previously provided. I completed the form only to be informed a week later that they required additional information related to the initial sale, which I then provided. After another week and a half I contacted Customer Service requesting the status of my request. I was informed that they were waiting on a response from Painless Performance as to the address the harness was to be shipped to. Even though I had contacted Corvette Mods a week after receiving the harness, the foot dragging on the part of Corvette Mods to process my return request effectively stretched out the return process beyond the 30 day period they allow for refunds. The harness was returned to Painless Performance and the tracking number was provided to Corvette Mods as directed, at which point Corvette Mods issued me a store credit claiming the return was completed beyond the allowed 30 days. After disputing the charge with my credit card company based on the false advertising of the part and the fact that it had been returned, Corvette Mods attempted to again charge my credit card claiming I was still in possession of the harness. They have now sent the matter to collections seeking to collect $251.11 for a harness that was returned last November. My mistake was not researching the company prior to placing an order with them and seeing the hundreds of horrendous reviews. Now I have to deal with the hassle of providing the transaction history to a third party collection agency and waiting to see what impact this will have on my credit score.

Wife ordered me a top bag for my vette for Christmas. Opened on Christmas they sent the wrong bag. Called a few days later that week to "exchange". Because it was beyond their 30 day (reminder this was a xmas gift my wife ordered in Nov to ensure on time for xmas) they would not accept return. I said I didnt want the return I want the correct product thats all. The product was ordered for the correct car and they confirmed the model correct for the car. I sent photos and images the bag was for an older T Top half section wouldnt even fit a third of C6 roof panel. After back and forth they would accept the return (no exchange for new correct bag) but wanted to charge a 20% return fee. They Will only respond by email no manager or place of business or person to call. I sent pics and everything showing it was wrong yet correct order. It was all their error. This company is completely unprofessional and did NOTHING to correct an error that was ALL ON THEM. Thankfully to my credit card co and paypal would have been there as well I had to dispute the order and got my full payment back though I still returned the product to what turns out to be the actual product supplier (different co) at my cost. Corvette Mods is a joke. If you order I hope you get what you ordered and like it otherwise your screwed. Dont buy from them! Id give negative stars if I could

Placed my order on March 3rd 2022. They charged my credit card on March 4th. Today is March 10th and my order is still "processing". I have sent them two voice mails, and have received two e-mails from them. The first one, dated March 7th stated that my order was being shipped that day. It has NOT been shipped. The second e-mail I received from them on March 9th stated that my order was being processed and would take up to three days to process. I placed the order on the 3rd, they billed my credit card on the 4th, today is the 10th and my order is still being "processed" after they told me it was being shipped on the 7th?

I am still fighting them myself and plan on filling criminal charges against them. They shipped me a $250 part and refused to send me a tracking number. I called them and emailed them and no response. They kept saying I had to leave a voice message and somebody will call me back. Being that I do not know the carrier nor tracking number, I decided to call my back to get a refund. A few weeks later the owner emailed me cussing me out and went to google maps showing a picture of my house and told me I must pay in full, which seems like a threat to me. The owner know sent me to a collections agency to hurt my credit report even though I did not sign anything nor did I provide my SSN. All I wanted was a tracking number and if it was sent then I would have helped them file a claim with the carrier. In the eyes of Corvette Mods, the customer is always wrong and the customer is always a thief.

Terrible customer service, terrible correspondence to resolve issues, they can't read or spell properly, terrible products, cheap junk, terrible shipping, not package correctly. The only reason I gave them one star is because I have to.

A very long story short I ordered some parts for my Corvette... number one it took two weeks for them to even get the things sent out from this place... number two I never could talk to someone in customer service about what was going on... to add insult to injury and out of spite they had the damn item Returned to Sender after it arrived my city with no refund... this place has a piece of crap owner who hires ppl just like himself... do you shopping else where

I ordered some accessories for my 20XX Stingray, what showed up was completely different... CHEAP CRAP! Their products are falsely advertised. Their solution was to send me some tape... hahahaha... really? Tape things on my Corvette? Their customer service is non-existent. They are dishonest, unprofessional, will not take care of you and their products are cheap crappy looking stuff unlike what they show in their pics. Don't waste your time on this website... total SCAMMERS!

I purchased a lighting kit for my new Corvette engine bay from CorvetteMods. The light strip was questionable and the remote was coming apart. I tried to make it work because of the poor return policy I found out about. It failed so I tried to return it and paid for postage and they would not honor a refund. In fact they wanted me to send them a prepaid label to get it sent back to me if I wanted it. I paid $89 for their product and found a better product from Amazon for $10. CorvetteMods is a complete rip off and get very poor reviews and have a very bad consumer rating. I would advise to stay away from CorvetteMods.

I bought a distributor from them for 185.00, It wasn't what I wanted so I returned it with restocking fees I was owed 116.24. When I inquired where is my refund they gave me transaction numbers but I never saw a dime. Now they just ignore me. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered a headlight motor which took forever to arrive. Once the part arrived it simply did not fit when contacting them you will speak with a guy right here in Texas that will make it clear that at no time do they want you to bring the merchandise back but to do it online, this is where the horse$#*! begins! You are only given the reason of your return as "I ordered the wrong part" or 'I changed my mind" etc. they want an e mailed pic of the part they sent you then back and forth with conformation numbers. Then finally after a month... BEHOLD! You receive part of you your refund because they charge you a restocking fee. Run from these $#*! clowns and delete them from your browser!
