I was not happy with review on sitejabber, I was hesitant to buy this at first because of reviews I saw here, still could not resist the offer, I was amused to find amazing corset for just $49. These are very comfortable cotton lined, spiral bone.
Lack of seriousness and the policy they have towards the client is disastrous.

The client loses in the transaction. I have purchased an item and, not only do I not have it, but I have paid for shipping costs.
I bought a corset on November 25 and at the address it was missing a note and the article was sent to an incomplete address. The article returns to the offices and I say that I want to be sent to the correct address. The article is sent again in theory but to the wrong address because I do not receive anything and it is delivered. I ask that the article be sent to me again and suddenly it was OUT OF STOCK having already bought and paid for it. I want the money back and they only give me back a part: they tell me that I have to pay for the supposed delivery they have made in the wrong way and the return of the item.
Its incredible that since November 25 that I made the transaction, not only I don't have the corset, but also I had to pay shipping cost for having been sent the article twice to the wrong address, it is shameful!
I bought a corset and it was too big so I changed it for a recommended size by them. This one was too small but they wouldn't change it. So I am £70 out of pocket with an item I can't use. Would not recommend

First I was given some address in the UK to ship my return. After waiting a few weeks it was returned to me because no one accepted delivery. I contacted the company and was given a different address for returns in the states. After waiting, I contacted the company again and was told they never received it. Tracking info said it had been delivered to them. After I provided the tracking number they said they had found it and it had been restocked and a replacement had been shipped. After waiting a couple of weeks and not receiving anything, I contacted the company again. This time they tell me that I need to pick a different style as the one I ordered is no longer available. I provided them with the style and size I wanted and again they said it would be shipped. Still I get nothing. Contact the company, this time they tell me DSL lost the shipment and I need to pick another style because this one also is no longer available. Being totally disgusted with this company, I asked for a refund because of their inability to deliver. Several days later I get a message telling me that they don't give refunds after 60 days. I have gone along with their nonsense for 4 months and they tell me I waited too long to request a refund. It's hard to believe they manage to stay in business with this type of poor business ethics!

Ordered a dress and 5-7 days was the estimated delivery. Got my dress, 3-4 WEEKS after I ordered it and after 3 emails to both corset deal and paypal VG LONDON, messaging them on their website chat and on facebook. They didnt send me any emails after purchasing and didnt inform me on what was going on.
When they finally replied they only said that my parcel is now in their UK warehouse. Did not apologise or say anything more. The dress in itself is good quality, not exactly like the photo but I like it. However, not worth it at all because of all the hassle.

I'm not one to leave reviews but this company annoyed me so much, I felt I had to. I ordered a corset which I was told was in stock and a delivery date of 5-7 working days delivery. Day 6 had passed without an update or despatch notice so I decided to message them for an update. 24 hours passed with no reply. So I logged into my account to find that there was no trace of an order. I emailed again no reply in the next 24 hours. So I went into their website to use the instant messenger service which claims to be active at the most random of times. Still no replies. A further email and 24 hours passed with still no reply so I started googling. I was horrified to see how many people had had similar experiences and I felt as though I'd bee scammed. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I emailed Corset deal (VG London) again through the PayPal option. Still no reply! The following evening I was ready to go mad. I went into their website to use the messenger service and wrote a lengthy message. To my surprise "Kim" was typing! She gave me a whole host of excuses, but couldn't give me one update for my order even after 8 days! She kept saying the care team were the only ones who could deal with it and I would have to wait until working hours. But I knew from reading previous reviews that they don't have a care team. There's only ever two people that crop up; Kim & John. Kim kept promising to send me an update the next day but the more she made excuses and used words like gonna and ent, the more I felt that this company are just cowboys. I demanded a cancellation and immediate refund which at first she tried to dissuade me from but I was insistent and threatened PayPal intervention. She then promised an immediate cancellation and refund within 24 hours and email notification that this was done. I waited another 24 hours and you guessed it - no refund! So another email through PayPal and then another the following day, still no reply and no refund. When I came back from a holiday 3 days later I still had no refund, no emails and certainly no product. This morning I escalated my claim through PayPal then out of curiosity visited their website to use the messenger service. This time John answered and I pasted my previous email to PayPal into his messenger. He didn't offer any apologies or excuses just said that the refund would be paid within the next 5-7 working days! I went nuts and said that I'd already waited 5 and demanded it immediately. After a brief pause, he then messaged back stating that the refund had been paid with no further comments or apologies. I checked my PayPal and sure enough it had been refunded but what an awful and extremely frustrating experience that was! For goodness sake please don't buy from this company if you want a corset. Go somewhere else because this company is way too much hassle and stress. I didn't get to see their product quality but some further googling indicates to me that they buy cheap rubbish and import from India and that explains the delays. I don't think their products are of a decent standard from other reviews and I've even seen some on eBay that they also sell, which suggests that they probably import cheap tat and sell at a higher price! Spend your money elsewhere!

This has been probably the worst shopping experience of my life. I only gave one star because I had to. I've tried countless ways to get ahold of someone... there is no one available to answer the phone, the call back function doesn't work, the chat feature takes hours to respond (not that I've gotten one), and the email responses just keep giving me the runaround. Here's to hoping a blast on social media gets me some answers.
I sent back my first corset (which, to be fair, was just GORGEOUS but I ordered too big) to be be exchanged and it was confirmed delivered on 9/14. I received no notification that my return had been received - I literally had to ask for it myself after I hadn't heard anything for a week. After finally getting delivery confirmation, I received an email asking what I wanted in exchange, even though I already provided that on the paperwork with the return, as instructed. On 9/24 I received an email stating that the exchange was being processed and that I would receive a tracking number at a later date. Again, I had to be the one to follow up and ask for the tracking information, only to be told on 9/27 that my item was a pre-order that needed to be manufactured! No one bothered to mention that to me before this point, or I would have selected another item and saved everyone the headache. And of course, I was told I'd receive tracking information at a later date. Almost another week goes by, and of course, I have not yet received the tracking information. So, again, I (the customer) had to follow up with a status inquiry on 10/2, specifically stating that the whole reason for this purchase was for a Halloween event on 10/20 and that I was beginning to get nervous about not receiving it on time. On 10/3, I received an email stating that it was being processed and due to ship in 2-3 working days. I had not received the tracking info by the third working day (which carried over a weekend and a holiday), and so naturally, I sent yet another inquiry on 10/9 followed by another on 10/10. On 10/11, I was notified that the item was NOT in fact, being shipped due to a quality issue. While I can appreciate the fact that they don't want to ship a subpar quality item, this has just gone on too long... to the point of abject disappointment and frustration.
It's literally been a month, and I'm upset that I have had to all of the followup on my own. I was never notified of the receipt of the original item - I had to confirm that myself. I was not notified of the replacement's "pre-order" status until after the fact, nor was I given the option to change my order to something that was in stock. And I'm just now being notified of the quality issue, which I only received because my own persistence.
Last Friday I got yet another email stating that the tracking information will be updated the following day... can you guess what happened next? That's right! NOTHING. No shipping confirmation, no tracking information, and no responses to email or chats (because apparently having people to actually speak to isn't a business practice). Here we are, a month from when this started and 4 days from my Halloween event and still this hasn't been resolved. I have no time to purchase another one and am still out the money I spent on this one in the first place.
I have asked for expedited shipping (which I don't think is unreasonable at this point) and I also asked to hear from someone in upper management in the customer service department; someone should be made aware of the debacle that has been my return/exchange experience and how utterly disappointed I've been as first time customer. Aaaaaand, you guessed it. SILENCE.

I cannot comment on the products because i am still waiting for my product to arrive. I had one corset turn up 10 days later than led to believe. This had to be returned. (the 24th of May) its now the 15th of June I am still waiting for the replacement thats been ordered and when i e mail all i get is its being made. There are 10 in stock according to the website. No apology or explanation. No phone number to Ring. Worst company ever and will not use them again.
This has been a very good experience. I have to give Corset Deal an A+ over all rating.
The quality of the corsets I ordered was great. The shipping time was excellent. 2 corsets got here in 5 days, the 3rd one showed up on day 7. Now from the UK to California, I could not ask for more.
I will say on reading some reviews I was a little worried about Customer Service. It turned out GREAT. The first day I was shopping, I got a lot of Pop ups about a discount but I was not buying yet. The next day I checked reviews and had some concerns. Some were plus and some not so good.
On the 3rd day, I decided to order. Spent about a hour looking at styles, colors and fabrics. Never got a pop up about some discount. Decided to go ahead and order anyway. I was all done and about a hour later checking out some other styles I got a pop up for a discount. So I entered Chat with a Reprehensive and asked "was I to late". A guy named John said he would take care of it. Sure enough about 3 days later my credit card got a credit. Nice work John. Thank you all at Corset Deal.

We have all bad experiences with products that people call "corset." They buckle like crazy and are made of plastic. Needless to say, this is my first corset and I love! It does it's just even when you are sitting. I love LOVE this corset and it got here supe fast. This corset came faster than my dress in the USA that was on its way. Great service!
I am still waiting on a dress and a corset I bought 2 weeks ago, delivery said it would take 3-5 working days. The worst thing for me is the lack of communication, I've emailed numerous times and even scheduled in a phone call and they didn't call.
I wish I read the reviews, many people are saying they are extremely lacking in communication and customer service is terrible. Such a shame when a business fails because they can't be bothered or forget to inform a customer where their product is.
Do not recommend at all.

After reading reviews for this site, I was nervous about buying, but I needed a corset for the renaissance fair and they had exactly what I wanted. I ordered, got email confirmation and then nothing for a week. I emailed them and let them know I was going to publicly review them. I quickly got a reply that said my corset was being made and they would love a review. Low and behold a few days later i got shipping conformation and i received my corset as ordered. I cant say for sure if my email was the reason i hadagood experience or not. We all need to be careful ordering online. My only issue is the sizes are not accurate on the site. A size 24 waist should have a #24 size corset not a #20.
A friend recommended you and I honestly dont regret. The best corset I have ever seen and worn. I wonder how you manage such superb quality in this price. I am amazed to see how knowledgeable your customer support is. They are very quick to respond and know their prouduct very well. I will come for more will recommend to all I know.

The company spans the hell out of you if you sign up for their newsletter. You'll get five emails a day, and not one of the coupons actually work that are mentioned in the mailer. When you reach out to customer service, they blow you off and have you email technical support (not entirely sure why they'd be able to help, but they prove to not help as well). After multiple back and forth emails, they admit it's a misleading marketing and that it isn't for the 50% off they offered, it's 20% and to just buy it.
No thanks. I rather pay more with a company that's legit and honors their marketing campaigns.

This company sells products that are less than the quality I would use to make shoe strings! When you have an issue and return the products, they refuse to exchange or refund a single cent! Then when the bank files a charge-back, they say they never got the item back, so that I have to prove to the bank it was returned after being received damaged. Haha... These scam artists ended up sending and email where it showed my returned product along with them accepting the return.

I ordered a white corset for my wedding, it was a bit to big my fault, so i sent it back. $20 to "restock it". So ordered the right size, when it got here it was ivory, not white. The corset I ordered didn't even have the option for ivory. Looks like whom ever made it used the wrong material. Ivory with a white trim is an obvious mistake. I asked for help and all the tell me is my order was properly fufilled. I sent a photo and they just tell me to fill out a return form. Im not going to pay nother $20 for someone else's mistake.

Dear Customer, Your order was shipped with Royal mail on 26th and it was returned back to us on 24th Dec due to incorrect Address. It was restocked on 31st Dec. We did notify you the same. The returned stock was allocated to a different order already with us and it was shipped. So we did notify you on 2nd Jan to choose an alternative item, but you asked to cancel the order. So we issued a refund deducting both way shipping on the order which we already paid to Royal Mail. We apologize if you are not satisfied with our resolution and respect your feedback.
