I have seen mixed reviews about them before going but after visiting these folks my personal take is that they provide decent service and help you in finding the right donor. Not too much into charging as they explain things clearly first and let you take a call on whether you want to go with them. Good job!
I would review your credit card statement carefully. The representative's response on my previous review clearly did not address on whether pre-paid VISA cards are accepted on his site as an alternative. Not only did he not recognize that I was never an upgraded member because payment was never accepted, he also did not acknowledge that they deleted my account - not I.
As online subscription-based sites, generally speaking, have developed a widespread reputation for dancing around their terms of conditions to fraudulently charge credit card accounts resulting in erroneous and misrepresented revenue recognition, one would be wise to proceed with caution.
The consultation and services and the counseling provided were professional and helpful. I did take my time to think over the options they gave and finally chose them recently. Was very doubtful till the last minute but I will have to admit that they helped to find the right donor. So Good work. Keep it up!

I have visited them and found a solution through their donor service. Not sure about others but in my experience I would give them a thumbs up for the services.
Customer service? What customer service? Do these people understand the English language? Or do they respond for the sake of responding and, in the process, keep proving my point?
In a previous review, the "customer service" rep responded that they refund funds if the customer is not satisfied. Obviously, a huge lie! In my case, I paid for a month and they charged me for three. Would they refund me the money? Of course not!
Stand by your word and stop deceiving people. Btw, let me know where you located so I can file a complaint with the local DA.
Just read the response of their "customer service rep" to understand their attitude. The site was created to steal account numbers and to keep charging them WITHOUT any notification. Did he addressed the issue? Of course not!
Secondly re fake profiles. When the site if full of 25 yo women looking for a sperm donor, you know that the possibility of these profiles being fake is extremely high. When a woman KEEPS writing to you in intervals of 20 days, but does not want to communicate via a regular email, you know that the profile is likely fake.
Based on the "customer service", I wished I could give them a ZERO rating, but it is not an option.
Well, you have been warned. Now it is up to you to risk your credit card account.
The site may be worth accessing, but watch out! I paid for a month's subscription and all was well. However, once my subscription was over, I was contacted by, what I think, were fake profile women, and as soon as I accessed the website again, I was charged again WITHOUT any notification. Yeah, must be something in the fine letters agreement! The problem is that once you get charged, you need to dispute it with them, Paypal and your credit card... just a mess!
My advice: if you have to, join and pay for a month, communicate by giving people your email address, so there is no second communicate via the website and, at the end of the month, CLOSE your account.
This website is filled with fake profiles to encourage people to pay to join. Some of the pictures Ive seen recycled under different user names to prove it. Scam website AVOID.

There are no fake profiles, just members who put multiple profiles.
We just have to mention it so that we delete the profiles concerned.
Hi guys... I was not very sure when I wanted to visit them but then I felt may be I will give it a shot and it turned out pretty good for me. Am happy with my baby now! Though I don't wish to advertise here but would want you guys to visit for yourself and know the fact. Good work and keep up the great service!
I signed up for this website considering that it looked like a reliable website for a single woman (like myself) that has no plans or intentions of getting married or reproducing naturally with a partner. Well after about a day of using the site I received 3 messages. When I logged in to read the messages, I was redirected to a page telling me that in order to read and respond to messages I would have to pay money for a subscription. I was NOT told then when signing up and this was just a big surprise. I think its silly to pay just to talk to someone that you're not even 100% set on for having children with.
Hi everyone, was badly having issues and its been a couple of years since my marriage. Visited these guys and got some consoling clear explanation of their services and support. Got a donor quicker than I expected and am now happy with my kid. Thanks and keep up the good job!
We have visited them a month back and found their services truly good and professional. We were always hesitant with these stuff but they made us comfortable with a good counseling and clarified all our queries. The pricing was okay too. Will definitely recommend, if some one needs a similar service.
The website does not clearly explain its terms and services. It says it provides some free access, starts from being able to send a free e-mail per day, but then you are asked to pay a hefty monthly subscription to send or receive any e-mails. Of course, you are not even sure if the people you are e-mailing or who are e-mailing you exist. This looks suspicious. An honest site should transparently tell you what different kinds of membership offer and how much they cost from the beginning. In my experience, all websites that behave like this have been frauds, taking advantage of people in a vulnerable personal situation (here, wanting to be a parent) to squeeze money out of them. Thumbs down!

I have heard about CoParent through online forums. Was pretty hesitant to try them as they are more scamsters in this field than a genuine one. Am glad that my opinion changed after my experience there. Brought in a positive change in my life and here I am happy with my baby :)

I know many of the couples those who want to have a baby, are looking for all websites for doctors, IVF, sperm donors etc. You could have come across many tiring processes, spending money and many would have gave up too. I am also one among you in this. But now I became a happy parent. Believe me, visiting Co-Parent will surely fulfill your needs. It is not like many other places. Who give false promises and focus only on your money. They want everyone to go home happily. Give a try. It is completely worth it!
Looking for help to get a full refund. I canceled my subscription but they didnt stop the auto withdraw of $34 a month from PayPal. I dont use PayPal much so didnt see these transactions until recently. They only refunded a quarter of the transaction. Has this happened to anyone else? How can I get the balance of $510 back? Trying to get my case escalate but they will not reply back.
Updated: Based on Franz S. Response, I should get a full refund because I never used the service. Let see if they do whats right.

That's why you see so many profiles on the forums were seen deleted. The truth is the admin change the username so people cannot email them directly but have to forced to pay.
We change some nicks to ensure the security of our members.

Neat and professional experience when I visited CoParents for the first time. It is great that they are able to maintain that service quality with every visit and for every customer. Really loved the genuine care and intent to help in this stressful and emotional issue of having a baby. Recommended for sure!
I am kind of touching the forties and I have been single all these days. Now I feel that I need a baby but definitely not a husband for that. Well my unusual but honest wish was successfully answered by the team of CoParents. I did go through a lot of consultations with them as I was having mixed emotions with few of the negative reviews I heard about them. But after my experience, I felt they are indeed genuine and good. Probably some disgruntled customers / competitors might have started a negative propaganda. Anyway am happy with my baby now. So am very delighted and grateful to Coparents!
