They have deleted my accounts twice in the span of 24 hours I mean, what? I tried sending an email after the deleting of the first one, which was deleted for no reason? But, anyway, I opened a second account, and it wasn't even active for 20 minuted before it was closed again. What? I'll try one last time, you know what they say, third time's a charm. I hope this one last enough to actually get to interact with somebody. If not, I'll abandon this page and try to prevent people from using it. There are reviews even saying it's a scam, perhaps it isn't even worth the effort

I have recreate my account numerous times. I have sent two emails pertaining to what I have i been doing incorrectly. 24 he pending approval, it says verify your account, i habe gone to my email and logged in using the link button, i have refrained from searching other account b4 the website can approve me. I know that a 404 error msg will come up if a current customer attempts to view a visitor's account... friend suggested this website... turns out to be a waste of time that I may not get back

I tried to login with my account, where I have 6 month paid subscription and it answers the email is not registered. I used only the password generated by the website. I knew it is short but when I tried to change it, it worked first but then it did not work and then I had to use the short password generated by the website. It is not secure and they are not responsive to these problems. I had the account deleted for no reason, absolutely no reason. Maybe due to the security vulnerability of the website and the fact that a longer password was not accepted somebody managed to break the account, but in any case the people who work there are not responsive in any way even if they took my money. I did not write anything close to what would result in suspension of the account, there was no warning at all, bad service

CoParents.com is a SCAM. I signed up and paid up front via PayPal for a few months of service. Six months later, $99.00 was taken from my account via PayPal again with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING given. They claimed I signed up for a recurring subscription, and referred to their Terms & Conditions, refusing to refund my money for services I no longer requested nor want. PayPal was just as bad, refusing to refund my money when I disputed the charge, as the original transaction was programmed with them as recurring, unbeknownst to me. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

CoParents.com has replied to me here on Sitejabber: "We reimburse all members who ask politely..." - If this is true, why did you not refund me when I emailed you politely on 3/21/2019 requesting reimbursement? My email to you read:

"Hello, I did not want to renew for another six months with coparents.com, yet I was just charged $99 by you. Can you please refund this ASAP?"

In no way did this email you sent to me involve reimbursing me. I paid you one time through PayPal and it was never made clear that you programmed it with them as a recurring transaction.

This site is a smart SCAM packed with huge numbers of FAKE PROFILES to make it look legitimate. About one is 20 of their profiles are real and of those only about 1 in 100 is actually an active profile.
I was a member on this site for about a year and put quite a lot of ££ into this membership but the kicker was that there was just no response from any of the profiles - because they were all fake ghost profiles designed to lure people onto the site.
I met one woman who genuinely wanted to get pregnant however this was three years back, the site has since been stuffed full of ghost fake profiles so finding an active profile is all but impossible. It is a business about subscription fees - packed full of great looking profiles of which virtually none are real. Once you pay you have been conned.
I put a huge amount of time into it which is where the real problem is - a massive amount of time trawling through vast numbers of fake profiles looking for a real profile which actually responds - about a one in 5000 chance so it is a total fraudulent scam.
BUYER BEWARE IT IS A SCAM SITE
(Originally it was not but it has become a scam over the past 3 years as the owners have resorted to stuffing it full of fake profiles to keep it viable).

Avoid at all costs - took my money, suspended my account for no reason and when I asked for their assistance they have ignored my emails. This was quite upsetting considering the reasons that brought me to the site, however, having read other reviews on here - scroll down and you'll see that they suspended a member for reporting a Neo-Nazi and another who reported a white supremacist - and I can see that this is a pattern of behaviour.

I joined the site a while back in the hopes of finding a potential coparent match. The website is awfully outdated - does not work well on mobile platforms for example - and there is a VERY shallow pool of current/real male members who are not just looking to have no-strings unprotected sex. For those looking for a free sperm donor its perfect but if you're looking for an actual coparent this site is useless.

I still perserved as I am somoene who likes to give things my all. From the start my profile stated no Brexit or Trump supporters please - that was all. An important political value that I thought should be stated upfront to avoid clashes/confrontation. This was approved by their site moderators. A few members who disagreed respectfully informed me of such and we left things at that, however, one took it upon himself to send me an abusive message. I immediately blocked him and flagged the correspondence with their site asking them to let me know what they would do about it. It took them days to respond and when they did I got a one line response asking for the username which I provided.

Two weeks later I still had not heard back. I also at the same point decided to log-in to my account but found that it had been suspended. No email had been sent to inform me of this.

I suspect that the abusive member in question retaliated by reporting me and the site, rather than take a common sense approach, suspended my account. I contacted them again to ask for a response to my initial email about what action they were going to take in regards to the abusive member on their site and also query why my account had been suspended. They did not provide an answer to my query other than to state my account had been blocked following a complaint and that I needed to provide my identity card.

Now considering the sensitive nature of this site and the importance of info like my identity I, understandably, was concerned about this. I replied back to ask them to pls outline what complaint had been made, why the decision had been taken to suspend my account, why my identity card was needed and how their storage of such information would comply with data protection laws. Till now I have received no reply back but my account has remained suspended. This means I have been charged for a service that I am unable to use.

It says A LOT about a website when they suspend members who report abuse. It really makes no sense that my account was suspended after I have been the victim of an abusive and vindictive member - which I brought to their attention - who they seem completely OK with him sending nasty messages to people just because they have differing political views. I am, however, completely fine with not being on their site which is un-usuable and full of disgusting men who are looking to just use women.
