I bought a smartphone Elephone p-8000.
Order **************. When ordering add paid 2 years warranty. The initial price 165.98 USD
Delivered a defective smartphone. I sent at my expense for repair 8.95 USD. For eliminating the factory marriage, 48 USD were requested.
To compensate for my costs of the delivered, I received the code for a discount, but it turned out that it can only pay 10% of the cost. After my appeal they said that it is possible and 100%. As a result, the code could not pay anything, since I was informed that payment was not received.
When the smartphone came back it turned out that the marriage was not eliminated. Again sent the entire kit to China for 15.75 USD.
I asked to return me the spent 238.68 USD.
As a result, after 3 months I was offered to simply return the defective phone.
Summary: scammers, defective phones, no guarantee, repair is not quality, no one will compensate your costs.

I bought two phones and I did not have a problem.
I ordered two new orders. Leeco Le Max 2 model.
In total, he's making 4 calls. The phone is really nice. Fast and fluid. The pictures are superb. The video footage is also very good. I would recommend anyone who gets it.

I have ordered a smartphone in June 2016 and it arrives to me after three months. I was totally unsatisfied by the phone performances (it was a huge lie compared to the specifications on the producer site) and sent it back to the support center at the beginning of December. They refuse to return my money back.
There are over four months and they didn't even sent me back the "repaired" (how to repair a camera photo that is three times worse than the specs on the site?) smartphone.
So in 10 months I was able 2,5 months to use a faked smartphone.
And still waiting...

I buy from Europe, Everything Ok, it has arrived OK, everything is fine and the phone is just fabulous. Love it, battery and camera SUPER! Fluent and fast. Will definitely order again from CooliCool.

I've ordered Zuk Z2 and it came fast, good quality product. I have read in the comments bad reviews, but i think they have great support to help you, they reply within a day always. HOWEVER, DON'T Send it back to REPAIR, it will take MONTHS (more than 4), that's the lack of the service, if you order something, you'll have to know that is at your risk if you have a problem with the phone. If you have luck and the phone is fine, then nice, but if not, repair it in your country.

I have recently bought a Doogee Y6 Max and after 10 days the screen became unresponsive at the top to start off and now there are several spots across the screen that have became unresponsive.
The navigation cannot pin point location. So is useless! Note: all apps and operating system are up to date.

I explained this to *******@coolicool.com I was first offered a $3 coupon off my next purchase over $60.

I was asked to take a video of the faults. I did so and attached this to my email.

I was sent an email suggesting that I take it to a local repairer and that if I wanted a refund or repair I would have to send it back to China and that would be very expensive and take a lot of time.

Message to Coolicool: I have proven that the phone is defective and I have contacted you within the 15 days (guarantee) to inform you of this.
What will you do for a customer that has been loyal for many orders?

I bought a Yotaphone 2 (phone with 2 screens: 1 normal FHD and another e-ink) from Coolicool. 2 models exists: YD201 (international) and YD206 (local). Fo my country, I need the YD201 model.
So, I order my phone, wait some weeks and receive it in a good package with no problem with a good tracking from China to Netherlands then France.
After starting the phone, I look for the version to be sure to have the right model.
Surprise, it's not the YD201 model but it's write YD206.
I contact the support to explain my disapointment, it's not the good product I ordered!
The support answer me few hours later and give to me a procedure to update my phone (android 4.4) to the next generation Lollipop (5.0). The support confirm to me that the version will be the good model YD201 after this update.
Update... and... great, the version of the phone is the good version YD201.
And it works with my local mobile network.
I find that the support of Coolicool has been reactive for me. Only some hours to find a solution.

I bought Elephone P9000 from coolicool.com. Within an year the phone frame started to bent, which also causes the screen protrude away from frame. Its clearly a build quality issue of the phone. When contacted coolicool, they wanted me to pay for the repairing cost(replacing screen). They are purposefully avoiding to answer the main 2 problem. 1) poor build quality causes the phone to bent 2) Manufacturing warranty, so that I need to replace the phone. They thing they act smart by avoiding from main issue. Very poor customer service and they don't want to do anything after they sell the product to you, simply wash their hands.
THEY AVOID YOU PURPOSEFULLY WITHOUT ANSWERING TO MAIN ISSUE. STAY CLEAR and SAVE your money.
