Very good, they had the frames and were received quickly. The hard case was a Cool Frames case instead of autoflex and there was no micro fiber cloth but no problem as I have plenty of wipers and the case is fine..

Questions were responded super quickly, the support was always friendly and helpful in terms of very solution oriented

Well as for receiving my versace eyeglasses? It took longer than i expected not understanding it was a custom order. But over all i am exremely pleased with how they fit and the look of them on my face. My first ever designer eyewear. I love them and recommend anyone to purchase from coolframes.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing frames. My daughter wanted the same frames as she had last year, which broke in an accident, and we were able to find them quickly and for half the price of other sites. I also accidentally entered the wrong shipping address via an autofill error, and the customer service helped me correct it immediately (which is good since the frames shipped within a few hours of our order).

I recently went to the optometrist and saw these frames there. (BCBG Max Azria) I was going to purchase them there but they were going to give me them with no case and not a brand new pair. They were really pricey and everyone and their sister were trying them on. So I held off and shooed online at CoolFrames. Saved 40%, got a brand new pair with a case! Perfect store and a perfect fit. Very happy.

Frame is as intended. Customer service created confusion sayingbframea are known backorder and only available after 3 months. I almost bought another frame from another seller. Gladly I did not as the frames came in about 1 weeks time.

They make it so easy to order glasses online. Not only this, they are considerably cheaper than all the brick and mortar/chains out there. I'll never go to an eyeglass shop/store to get them again.
