The stem size that arrived was very small 140 like for a child. I was given no guidance on this. My glasses say 145 but based on what arrived that would be too small as well. It would be much better if your sales people would call people who place orders and help them. I'm having to send them back for repair. Causing major delay now right before my holiday plans.
