I reached out to customer service because these new lenses were not accurate. I had to revert back to using my old pair. So far, no resolution to the problem.

I had to contact customer support as I messed up with discounts at the checkout and they were pretty fast to respond (within 1-2 hours). Couple emails back and forth and we came to the solution. I really like my new frames, but I was really disappointed with the delivery timing I paid extra for priority delivery, it came 2 weeks late. I kept checking for a week and a half and the order was still processing, so when I really needed the frames they came so late that I couldn't take my glasses with me on my vacation. I ordered on the 7th of February and they came on the 21st when the earliest date for delivery was the 14th so when I checked on the order on the 14th, the day before leaving for my vacation, the order was still processing

It took a little bit more time than expected to receive the glasses but finally everything is perfect
