I ordered frames and shortly after received an email that they would take a little longer and I wouldn't receive them for over a month. I was given the option to either A. Wait for them, B. Receive a discount on another color that would arrive sooner or C. Cancel my order all together. I chose to wait because I really liked the color I chose and it wasn't a big deal to wait a little longer. About 2 weeks later I got confirmation that they shipped and received them way earlier than expected! They are great quality and super lightweight and comfortable.

Got these glasses because I had the same pair but the one I had were falling so I decided to get myself nee frames to replace my old ones and it's was an absolutely the greatest investment i've had this year. Thanks to Cool Frames for carrying my glasses in order to replace mine.

I've ordered from your company a few times. I had an issue with delivery this time even though I paid for two day delivery. It set me back on travel as to I needed my glasses before I went out of town.

Found the specific hard to find frames here and they were able to provide a quote using my insurance fairly quickly unlike some of the other online stores.

Cool frame initially sent wrong frame but their customer service immediately started replacement processing, the new frame arrived in 2 days.

Needed a few pair of frames and couldn't find them because they were older. Glad I could find he frames and didn't have to go to the eye doctor for just frames.

I had stepped on my glasses and broke them. I really didn't feel like pending $350.oo on new glasses so I went in a search to find the same exact frames so I can reuse the lenses. And this place was the only place that had the same exact frames. So I purchased the frames for only $130.oo and I just popped the lenses in and I had a new pair of glasses!
