My son broke his frame and the eyecare store we got them from wanted way too much to replace them. Cool frame had the best price online for the same frame. Shipping was a bit slow, but after 2 weeks, we received them and it looks great.

I paid for 2 day delivery. When it doesn't arrive I call and am told take 4 days to get ready to ship. Should be told that I almost didn't come in time for our trip

I switched to Chrome and the update was better, but not perfect.
I ordered glasses on Tuesday, 11 June.
The glasses arrived after 4:00 pm, on Monday, 8 July; 26 days later.

Happy with quality and timely delivery. For reason unknown, I was denied the ongoing %discount code advertised on website, also was denied the use of CoolCash in my account.
