Easy to place order and frames were just as I expected them to be.

I have ordered three times from Cool Frames. I am impressed with their service -- huge selection, great value and delivery with tracking information.

I'm still having trouble wearing them because my vision is blurry with them on.

My glasses are beautifully designed and very clear. I love them. The processing time took longer than I would have wanted but the delivery was fast and accurate.

I have been misinformed twice in an exchange and misquoted on pricing.

The frames took about 3 weeks to arrive after the order was placed, which makes sense for creating custom lenses, but it would have been nice to know the expected wait time.
I ordered these lenses with anti-glare coating, but there is a whole bunch of glare - so much that I cannot see out of half of the lenses!
Also, not a critique but something worth noting, I had to take my new glasses into a glasses store nearby to get the sides adjusted to fit around my ears/to not slide off my face. I didn't think about having to do that until they arrived, so an extra couple of days after they arrived before I could wear my new frames.

Ordered prescription glasses, didn't receive till approximately 3 weeks later. Order a different frames from a competitor, for way less, and received within the week.

I placed my order, received confirmation, and my order arrived in a timely fashion. The order was of high quality and I have used them with no issues.

I was skeptical at first with ordering online especially for Cartier frames but they arrived with no issues. My prescription was correct and they look fabulous with the transition lenses. I will definitely be ordering more frames in the future.
