The order process and shopping experience is great as usual. I only have one complaint which is the colored contact lenses air optix are not my favorite. Airoptix is the only choice at this time with your company because the fresh look color blends are discontinued. Airoptix are much thicker than fresh look and the colors are not opaque so it doesn't actually change my eye color. I wish there were other options like Solotica.
I accidentally typed in the wrong numbers online and when I called after placing the order a very experienced person helped me get everything corrected very quick and knowledgeable way then asked if I needed any other assistance

I contacted customer care about my prescription & the response time was very minimal with detailed information & instructions. I felt like all my needs were met. Although shipping was longer than I woukd have liked, my contacts arrived on the first day of the 3-day expected arrival. I will definitely be using this company again for my next order!
