They advertise products that they don't have. After you make payment, they send you what they do have, and never do inform you of the products that aren't coming. If YOU contact them, they will notify you that the products which they took money for are never coming. At that point, you are offered a refund.

Ordered some work boots at a significantly lower price than listed elsewhere. When first ordered was notified that the boots were back ordered for another month. But to my surprise, they arrived a couple weeks earlier than anticipated!
