I think this website is a scam or at the very least extremely poor managed. I placed an order Monday December 13th, 2010. Immediately the next day I saw the pending charge on my credit card but no email confirmation of my order. On Wednesday December 15,2010 I still had no confirmation. So I did the live chat. Come to find out 2 of the items I ordered weren't in stock. So I changed my order and canceled one of the 2 missing items. I even asked the girl directly to please send me an order confirmation of the changes and confirming the refund. I was assured I would receive a confirmation. Friday December 17th, 2010 still no confirmation or charge back to my card, so this time I called. Explained to the lady on the phone what was going on and asked once again when will I get a confirmation why hasnt my stuff shipped and why don't I see a charge back on my card? Well she said it takes around 5 days for them to fill an order. This is unacceptable. I told her I will give it till Monday December 20th, 2010 and if nothing has happened Im going to file a dispute with my credit care to reverse the charges.

Terrrible! I should have listened to the other reviewer. I even called ahead to make sure my item was in stock and was assured it was. I ordered the item, 152.50 and it was charged on my credit card immediately. 10 days later I finally got an email stating the item was out of stock until Nov 22nd which was 6 weeks away. I called and requested a refund. I will update and let you know if I get it. But I told the customer service person they should not charge customers until the item is shipped like 99.99% of the other retailers online! SHADY! The boots I ordered were 50.00 cheaper than Bass Pro but at least with Bass Pro I would have been guaranteed to recieve them without any shadyness!

Placed two orders with them due to almost half-off pricing compared to MSRP. First one was for a pair of coveralls. Good selections and options. Ordered a black pair of Carhatts only to be called after two-three hours of ordering and told that my order was out of stock and would not be in for 7-10 business days. (Would have been easier for them just to update their web site with their current inventory) Settled on the phone for a different color. Went back the next day looking for some impact wrench gloves or anything heavy duty for work. Got a phone call 24 hours later. Same routine did not have the ones I wanted/ordered in stock and I would have to wait another 7-10 days for them to be back in stock. I even paid for 2 day shipping and I guess they just expected me to eat it becuase they made no mention of refund for the shipping after calling to ask if I would kindly wait a week or two... hah. I would stay away if you need anything within the month. I kinda doubt they have much in stock but im not sticking around for a third order to find out if I get the call again. By the way, this was a yahoo approved website if that means anything.
