Helmet liner did not have instructions for installation. Difficult to put in.

My bank account/debit card was fraudently used at this company. I spoke to three representatives regarding the unauthorized charges made to my account. The first rep gave me the thief's personal information, name, address, and assured me that she expedited my complaint, that I would be refunded by the same day, and that she would email me to follow-up when this was completed. Didn't happen. I've spent I don't know how much time on the phone with these three different representatives giving them the SAME information and being told that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they couldn't directly transfer me to one but would pass message along. I have yet to get a phone call from the supervisor/manager and I have not received my refund of the money that was stolen from my account. This charge should never of even happened in the first place as the name on the card and personal info (MINE) was completely different from the name of the person ordering. What kind of business is this? I want to be compensated for the time, stolen money, and hassle of dealing with this company.

I ordered a hard hat through Construction gear. Two weeks after ordering and a two days before it was supposed to arrive they tell me oh btw its on back order. Well why did I not get told this two weeks ago when I ordered why 2 days before delivery? Then i wait until 5 days after the SECOND estimated delivery and call back "oh yes sorry still on back order. Do you want to cancel because your order will be closed out before we get the hard hat in stock again." What do you mean it will be closed out? Why would you close my order because its on back order on YOUR end? So yes i closed my order and I went to another site for the order. Should have done that to start with. The customer service is horrible long silent pauses kept having to ask if they were still there. The guy on the line was just "I dont care" you can tell he hates his job. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! If I could give 0 Stars i would have.

Product was promised in stock until I paid. Now I am looking at another month for my items. I have asked to speak to a manager and was told that it is not allowed. Very frustrated.

So I order some stuff for Christmas and made sure to call the company to make sure it was in stock, and was told I am good to ship next day air, as I wanted to. Package never showed and the smut that I talked to told me they would get back to me whenever they can. I just spend $30 dollars for overnight B****. I tracked my package and it said it was delayed due to weather, which is BS cause I live in the state an all is warm af for winter. Dudes be drippin bs out their mufukin mouth. Beware of the bs. If they make good on my refund of overnight, I will be half as pissed, but at the same time I got fu**ed in my an*s and don't see the point of shipping options if you are just going to bend me over at the gate and then post some dirty shi* about bad weather to make it seem like your doing you job. Fuc* off is what I say stuip smut.
