Shocking site paid for my game a whole day later I don't have it. I have been told my refund can take 28 days when does it ever take that long in today's modern world of online banking.from what I have read they don't even send you a code They take your money try and hack an account that has the game you paid for and once they hack said persons profile you get a login for w hacked stolen account. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I bought hitman 3 for ps5 and after 7 days i still dont got the game and i think I will never get it. Dont buy from them ever. Please spread this

I bought games and accounts they told me that the Nintendo won't get banned but it did and I kept talking to them since December till now. They keep telling me that manger would take care but he didn't - I don't suggest buying from it- untrusty

They never deliver on time and doesn't give refunds, waited more than 3 days and nothing came, they just always say It's gonna arrive today or tomorrow. Terrible service and absolute scam!

Comprei o FC 24 o jogo nunca dava. Pedi reembolso dia 17 de Novembro e disseram no char suport que demoraria 2 a 3 dias. Passados esses dias entrei em contacto com o suporte afinal seriam até 30 dias. Hoje dia 29 de Dezembro ainda não devolveram entrei em contacto com o suporte com a mesma mensagem automática de 2 a 3 dias e ainda brincam com a situação que tem de passar ao supervisor o caso. São uns burlões.

They changed the password for the account with the acquired game after 8 months.
The only thing they proposed was to repurchase the game with a discount.

They are just thieves, giving you accounts so that the game gets locked after the warranty expires, meaning you would have to pay again for the game. Better buy a game with someone from ps store instead from these anomalies. You try to chat with them and they just close the chat because screw customers. They might get the accounts from ppl without even knowing

So I have used this website for many years but noticed it was getting worse and worse with the time the deliver the games and then the lies you get from the online chat saying they will have it delivered asap but then days and days later still nothing. I purchased a game in October and then in may I couldn't access it. Consogames response was sorry we will replace it. I waited days and then kept getting same response. Then today they said sorry cant do nothing you can purchase game at 60percent discount. I argued why I should do this when I haven't had the game that long and this is unfair. The online chat guy just said its out of warranty and we can't do nothing. He was just being cocky and rude so I won't be ever using them again and don't suggest anyone else uses them as game will run out and you would of waisted your money

Timadores, compras el juego, te lo descargas a la consola, no funciona pero como ya te lo has descargado, te dicen que su política no les permite haer nada, o sea un timo en toda regla, no compréis aqui.

Scammers, you buy the game, you download it to the console, it doesn't work but since you've already downloaded it, they tell you that their policy doesn't allow them to do anything, that is, it's a complete scam, don't buy here.

Horrible! I paid for Hogwarts Legacy PS4 on May 16th and excitedly waited for the delivery, and now, almost a month later, I am still waiting for my order. Consogame chat agents read my chat inquiries and ignore them until the session expires or block my IP from chat support for several hours. I have paid 39.64 USD for the game, and they don't even refund me for this failure. Don't trust ConsoGame or their related site as the cheapest game store. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in this scam. I have all the screen shots to prove their scam if need to. Be very careful and think twice before purchasing from them.
I will update this post if I ever receive my order or a refund.

I recently bought Zelda Totk from them, because they had the best price... They have a 48hours period till they give you access and that was the first weird thing that happened. Usually when you buy a digital key to a game you gain access instantly by email, you don't have to wait. More than few minutes. I saw the reviews here and immediately went to the support and ask them if it's true that you don't receive a key to the game but credentials to an account, that has access on the game and they confirmed that. I asked them to cancel my order (because I was waiting for 28 hours) and they told me that they NEVER refund orders unless they fail to deliver the game on the 48 hours period they gave. I told them that this was a fraud and I'll contact my bank and write a review for them everywhere and then immediately they canceled my order. I'm not sure if I'll receive my money, I don't trust them, If you want to buy something from them though, please don't, save your money and chose anything else. You can confirm the above with their chat support. The good reviews are probably fake.

You can't pay with paypal, no purchase recipt, no refund, you won't get the game but an account instead. 180 days of warranty then no more support for the account you got. If something wrong happens after the 180 days you're going to lose the game forever

I tried to buy a PS5 game and before I buy it, they said I can play it on my main account, but when I paid, they told me that you just bought another account! I immediately asked for a refund through the chat, and they kept reading my messages and ignoring me, then after two hours, they went ahead and activated the game without telling me, and told me oops the game is active, and you can't get a refund. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

I bought Call of duty Mw2 for 39 euros, first of all they sent me and accoynt with an invalid password after contacting them they sent me an accoynt that lasted 15 days and now I lost the game, their customer service is an automatic response robot in most of the time.

So essentially they are selling stolen accounts. They will give you 90 days to replace it with another stolen account when inevitably the original owner regains control of their account. After the 90 days they will give you nothing and you will lose access to the permissions of the stolen account. So if you look at it as renting in an unethical manner then go for it.

Scammers. DO NOT BUY HERE. They do not deliver and will not refund your money, even after 10 chats with customer service.

The are just a scam with fake customer service.

After I made the purchase, they gave me an email that does not exist and is not activated. I cannot do anything, and I also could not log into PS4.

I messaged them several times but no response, i got no refund and no game, waste of money.

Caution: They give you fake accounts, and even if the account is real, it will be blocked from PS because they will make illegal ways to get the games.

And don't believe the good reviews here because I'm pretty sure they just bought it. There are several websites that offer the service of selling good reviews on trustpilot

I often buy games here for both nintendo and my playstation and I am very satisfied, I always get some kind of gift in the form of extra games, they are willing, accommodating and above all they have good prices

Many days of waiting, unhelpful and dumb customer service, and i lost 50$ after all that time trying to just save 20$ lol

Shocking customer service from mark.

My son wanted a game so we went with this company thinking all would be well based on the information they're pumping out on the website. Was told that it would be a few hours, 1 day later nothing, 2 days later nothing, 3 days later nothing. Got told it would be a few more days, waited nothing. Asked for a refund and they put their back up instantly, I quote what "mark" said "it will take significantly longer" all it takes is to hit refund 5/7 days a done but nope not them.

Absolutely shocking service.
