After placing my order, I did not receive an order confirmation, so when it didn't arrive by the expected delivery date, I called to check. I was told that one item was backordered but would arrive and be shipped to me the next day; however, the order didn't come by the delivery date and I emailed and called again. My emails and voice mail were not answered after a few days, so I called again. The service rep was very rude and basically told me that the previous service rep lied and that the item wouldn't be in yet and wouldn't tell me when it would be in. I really needed the item for injury recovery, so I called and asked to speak to a manager who was also really rude--must be their corporate culture. I finally got part of my order with no explanation if the other part would ever be shipped. I emailed a request to cancel my remaining order and get a refund for the balance, but this request was not answered. Eventually, the other item arrived about a month after the expected date. I should have ordered these items from the vendors on Amazon.com for the same price. I only ordered from compressionsport.com because I hoped they would be more reliable. Would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

I wish the size of the product would have been shown on your website. I thought they were larger so as to fit my walking shoe, not a high heeled ladies shoe. So, I don't think I can use them, unfortunately.

I placed my order on a Tuesday. On Friday, I called and the order had not even been processed or released to ship. I then placed the same order with Amazon. I received my product from Amazon on Sunday, two days later. Probably due to my action, I did receive my order from you on Monday (which was unexpected) but in today's fast world that is not acceptable. I should not have had to go online and then email with a customer rep. Unless you have a unique product that I am not in a hurry to receive, I will not be using your website again.
Be sure to measure correctly due to swelling which may change the size needed. Makes walking on hard surfaces easier. Will definitely reorder this product.

Ordered compression sleeve on 3-12-2016 and paid extra $9.95 "Express Saver" shipping in hopes of getting it sooner. Never saw any updates to the order when I checked their website. Finally, after it didn't ship in 4 days, I ask for a update via online chat and was told the item was on backorder and would ship next week. Next called customer service and waited on the line 30+ min with no answer. On 3/16 I go to online chat and they said it would ship next week some time. I said I had requested it be cancelled and was then told it would ship today and they could not cancel the order. Also on 3/16 I have waited on a call to customer service for 15+ min with no answer.
Spoke with online support chat rep about 11:00 am on 3/17. Rep first said item would ship some time next week. I said I want to cancel the order, her response was she couldn't cancel the order because it was shipping today (3/17). Went from next week to today in less than 5 min.
Later I called their customer service and after being on hold 12 min, Arm*** answered. He stated shipment would be next week, on backorder, I then requested it be cancelled. Armondo stated he would issue cancel order request at 11:21 am on 3/17.
At 1:38 PM on 3/17 I get a email from Compression Sports that my order had shipped and should arrive 3/22 via what appears to be standard UPS shipping, even though I paid $9.95 for express shipping. Shipping is from another company even, some Medical Supply?
I do not trust this company.
