Quick and easy. I like the compression sleeve,it helps keep my elbow firm when lifting heavy items or working out. Would recommend this product to a friend.
I love the knee brace but need to return it. Even after measuring with a tape around my knee as instructed, the brace is so tight that I can't wear it. I threw out my receipt and shipping info. As I was so excited about it's arrival. Is it too late to return it and to were should I send it?

Called about sizing product barely fit
I placed the order on 7-20-14 and received the item on 8-1-14, which I consider an unusually lengthy period.
The product was as advertised and arrived on time, however it didn't really help me physically.
Very slow on shipping. It was free shipping, but it was v e r y slow.
Order was just what I ordered plus it was on time and the price was good. Good place to do business.
The product has to be returned because it does not work for me. I ordered the largest size available, but it will not stay in place. I am skeptical about an exchange, but am told that all sales are final and an exchange or store credit is my only option. I did not see "all sales are final and non refundable" when I placed the order. If, I had seen it, I would not have ordered the product. My satisfaction is just as important to me as your product sales are to you. I would prefer a refund, but if that's not going to happen, then I am dissatisfied!
Easy. No problems placing order. I will actually order 2 more since my 12 year old son likes the product so much. He's not having issues wearing this product underneath his knee pads anymore. We got the SMALL size and it fits just right.
