It took about 2 weeks to get my order. I used the chat thing, then called the next day. I was on hold Forever and finally hung up. I finally received my order on 3/6/15. I like what I bought but shipping was way to slow.

So far so good. First time buyer and user of this kind of support.

The delivery was terrible. I received a confirmation on the 19th confirming order and saying product was ready to ship and then another e-mail on the 25th with a shipping notification. I paid extra for faster shipping but the order sat for 4 work days before shipping.

Great product. I got quick relief for my injured calf muscle. Highly recommend this product.

Xl ankle brace so tight it cut off circulation. Brace did not give support high enough so it didn't help all that much.
