So far so good. Just hoping it is an enjoyable experience getting the product and using it.
I had an issue with the delivery but that could be due to the parcel having to clear customs. I ordered it April 24 and received it May 8.
One of the products had an issue and I am having to exchange it for another item. The band at the thigh is narrow and tight which digs into my Mother's leg leaving a deep imprint. As it is to help with varicose veins that type of band is extremely uncomfortable. I haven't heard anything for a return number but hopefully it comes soon.
I spoke with Trevor who was polite and helpful. While filling out the return info my tablet kept causing me to open the live chat which I felt bad about.
The other item, thigh high toeless compression stockings are great. My mother found them very comfortable and is quite pleased. If only they made a stocking similar to the sleeve we ordered as with summer coming it could be a bit warm to have the extra coverage.
Hopefully a complete considers it.
