Had some shipping issues. Had to call customer service and inquire where it was and was told it "still needed to be dyed", which I thought was odd, but I got it a few days after that and it's really nice, soft and beautiful color. I would order again.

Easy to follow and find merchandise

The compression hose fit perfectly and were not to tight. I like the fact that they look and feel like a pair of expensive pair of hoseriey. I bought seven pair and will purchase more when needed.

After several days I called and learnes you had sat on my order a full week before it was shipped. An hour later I called to request to modify the order to subtract one pair of socks, rather than the two I had ordered and the request was refused.

The garmet is too long; it doesn't fit well and therefore I will NOT be using the garment. I would like to know if there is a way to either exchange or return.

This is very convenient and less costly than local resources, I love the truform lites and have found them to be the most comfortable and most attractive color (nude) that I have found in support hose

I bought Second skin brand of support hose,but did not see the company name on the product or the package.
When I bought Jobst brand both had the company name.
How do I know that this was from Second Skin Brand?
