After contacting the customer service by e-mail to report my dissatisfaction with the return policy, the order I placed for Sigvaris Compression Hose was NOT on Sept. 13th. My first order was for 2 pr of Activa Hose was placed first. Someone got that wrong on your end. Last night, 9-25-14, I was in contact with someone from customer service who did not respond to my last question. I had finally accepted her offer of a new pr of Sigvaris Hose in place of the 2 pr of Activa that I want to return. I would still prefer a total refund for the Activa Hose. I questioned whether the Sigvaris Hose came in black, she did not respond. I thought that was rude.

I approved of the packaging for this product. To put the product in a bag and then in a box as most do is wasteful.
