I received the Futuro nude or tan stockings, but I was to get a black pair too. Instead of 2 black knee highs, 1763BL-L, I got 3. I have tried them and like them, but disappointed that I did not get the Futuro black. Just did not have the time to go through the return process to return a pair for the Futuro. Price was only a few cents difference.
Packers need to double check the order before mailing. Mailing was right on time and quick.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company and its return policy. We just got wrong size and wanted to exchange it immediately...
You have to pay shipping to send it back... then they will charge you $6.95 return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. On the top of this you pay the difference in price based on the price the day you are doing return or exchange, even if it's exactly the same item... even exchange (There is usually a coupon on the web when you purchase it, but have to pay it back when return :)) ))))).
AND You HAVE NO OPTION to return item and get your money back at all: exchange or store credit ONLY.
Customer service was very rude too. She said that I obviously don't understand anything when I was asking questions about this unusual return policy...

I left a nice detailed comment on the "first" page of your Customer Satisfaction Survey, you have a great product. NO FAIR that you would not let me exit Customer Satisfaction Survey until I entered information in the "overall experience" section for comments. I answered your other questions. Spent 25+ minutes writting a coherant product review and then I couldn't get off the final page of the survey (have it saved) because your software program would not let me. I totally forgot about this "feature" until I hit the last page of your Customer Satisfaction Survey. Hopefully you will not sucker me in to thinking you will read/post my comments again and I will remember the next time NOT TO LEAVE/START COMMENTING using your Customer Satisfaction Survey, becuase it is a waste of time for customers who do not wish to write in EVERY COMMENT BOX!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company and its return policy. Although they claim that their products are returnable, they are not, even if returned in the original unopened package. At best, they will exchange them, after they charge you a 6.95 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. They told me it is because they will not receive credit when they return it to the manufacturer. This is a lie that I confirmed by talking directly with the manufacturer myself and another company who sells the same products.
