I've had very positive experiences overall, but the last two pair I've ordered have developed holes in the heel area. I also think they are very expensive. I have to wear support hose every day, and cannot affort as many pairs as I would like to have.

Excellent, fast service. I will return the unused pair of 20-30 mg Tru-Form thigh-high hose for an exchange of the Jobst 15-20 mg thigh high hose that work very well. Both hose(s) are very good products, but the 20-30 mg cannot be put on without help.

The product was easy to order but size information was rather so I missed it on the first order and ordered 2 pairs of the wrong size for a gift to a friend. I then ordered 2 pairs for myself and at that time I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. This was on a Sunday so I was not able to stop the shipment since all calls were not answered. I contacted customer service as soon as you opened on Monday morning to see if the order could be stopped but no effort to help. I was asked to contact the on-line customer service. I explained that I would like my friend to try the socks sooner and not wait for an exchange so I have ordered 2 pairs of the right size for him, and would like to just return the wrong size items. No flexibility was shown. So I finally exchanged the 2 pairs and now have 6 pairs. You sold 2 extra pairs but lost a long term customer.
Easy convenient and has a great array to choose from.

Great customer service. The person I chatted with provided me with this alternative product to Jobst in an attempt to solve my problem of my socks not staying up. The strings are more comfortable to wear than Jobst and stayed up all da y. I hope the compression is adequate to maintain my muscle tone and prevent blood clots.
