I don't like that there's no possibility to log in to my account, my password isn't accepted, when I change it through the link provided by the customer service, it doesn't work either! That's very irritating! So I made a purchase as a guest despite the fact I have an account associated with compressionsale.com. But all that feels somehow insecure. I liked the quality of the products from my first order which I made after creating the account, but the product packaging was extremely poor- the stockings were placed inside a small plastic bags, that was absolutely nothing similar to what was pictured in the listing! I couldn't imagine the product costing around80 (although I bought it for mmuch less price, but that's no excuse at all!) to be so indecently packaged! That gave the impression that I received different product, because there weren't any brand name on this transparent packaging, as well as on the simple sheet of paper with the instruction how to put it on and size marked. I didn't return this order only because it wasn't for myself and the quality I liked. By the way, some merchandise on the site is pictured incorrect, e.g., I Looked up a Second Skin product but the picture showed Trueform! How can the customer be sure he gets exactly what ordered in such case?! There shouldn't be any ambiguity in special merchandise of this kind!
I suggest that the product details were provided more carefully.
When I ordered the other brand it arrived exactly as described, and very fast. Thanks
