It was easy to place my order since I still had the box in which my old compression hose came. The price was considerably less than I had paid before at a retail outlet.

The store from which I have purchased compression socks in the past has closed. I looked online and found your company immediately. And I paid about half what I used to pay at the store!

Measuring chart says to measure length, but length is not called for in any of the size charts. Confusing.

Received the order in a timely manner. Ordered these for my mother and she opened the package and saw how tight the compression was and said she didn't think she could get them on. Her hands are bad as well as a lot of broken veins in her legs. I wish I had ordered the 20-30 instead of the 30-40, but didn't know. Not your fault, but mine.

A lot of different choices to chose from and great sales. Sizes are very accurate as well.

Product arrived promptly but I needed to exchange for less compression. I have been trying to exchange since September eighth and can't get the exchange number I need from company. My son has blood clots and I really need to get this done. I am very upset and disgusted. I guess I will have to contact Better Business bureau.

The product was good and delivered in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable. I will order again.
