Great service at great prices. Quick and easy
I ordered a Jobst Surgical Vest in order to have another one after a recent surgery, I received my item almost 2 weeks after I had ordered it. The day after it arrived, I saw my doctor who told me I didn't need to wear the vest anymore.
My item arrived smashed (it was only shipped in a plastic bag). I followed the return procedure on their website and was later told that because this was a Jobst item they cannot accept any returns on it because of a contract they signed with Jobst! Even after making it clear that this was an unopened item, I was told that I could not return it, but I could exchange it for store credit. I explained that I didn't need anything from their store. I just wanted my $75 dollars back. Again I was told all I could get was store credit. I went back to this item on the website and nothing I could find said that this was a non-returnable item. Never would have ordered the item if I know I couldn't return it.
Do not do business with this company. Their customer service is uncaring, inflexible and unwilling to satisfy a customer.

Size charts are a bit confusing if you have a normal shoe size but a larger than normal calf muscle but live chat helps
Easy to order and socks were almost a quarter of what l would have to pay at a bricks and mortar store! What a bargain. Easy to determine the size needed from the info and directions given - my therapy person said l got the correct pair. Overall, a good experience
The hoses were so tight that could not even get past my feet. I have returned them and reordered a different kind that was less frim.

My only problem is, trying to find a way of shipping back my order. Having a bad time and wish someone can give me the easy way of doing it. Wish I could pack up the stockings and mail them out myself. Very sorry that that I have to feel this way. Not happy with their method of of returns.
