I am returning a pair of sox that cost me 26 US$. Since I am not entitled to a refund, I am obliged to purchase another item.
With expenses of currency exchange, twice, return postage and an admin fee, by the time that product is delivered, my costs will have allowed me to purchase an item costing less than 6 $US.
I have dealt for several years with other online retailers, and have never had such a costly, degrading experience. To top it off, the customer service person was rude and curt. I was polite at all times.
You have lost a customer who would have spent around 150-200 US$ a year on compression sox and related items, but I suppose that is no big deal for you, since you are the top online retailer, etc, etc and probably drop that on daily business lunches.
You had a lot of choices. The ones I looked at were "in stock".
So far great. I think they feel better then the ones i paid 45$ for in a local store. Thank you
It helped to have sizes ub with mm and inches I have tried emailing and calling customer service about returning 1 item and I still have no address for the return. I have sent over 10 emails about this and I keep getting the same reply...obviously a general response. Because of this I have changed my ratings.
Spent 154.00 on socks 3 days ago. Bought cleaning solution and had to pay 4.95 shipping. Saw free shipping on ebay. Will proceed with this order.

I use to wear the compressed hose and then broke my wrist and couldnt put them on any longer.After having my legs swell to twice their size at least i have tried them again and love the support they give and the price is out of this world wonderful. Being on a fixed income your web site makes it possible for low income people to be able to wear the hose they need to for health reasons.Thank you
