In my error, I failed to order the correct size. Doing an exchange has been like pulling teeth. I did an online chat to confirm what I needed to do for the exchange... the person did not answer my questions and I finally just said 'I got it' to end the chat and figured it out on my own. Five days after submitting my return request (and leaving a voicemail on the 3rd day), I called again to check on it. The CS rep was SO RUDE. He would not answer my questions and just kept replying with "I told you I will forward this to the exchange department." Let me be clear, I am very NON-confrontational and I am friendly when dealing with CS having worked in it for over 15 years; so I in no way provoked his horrible behavior. It was very obvious he hates his job. As I write this, I have no idea when my return approval will show up so I can exchange it. Will NEVER use them again... would rather pay $30 more and order the socks from Amazon.

I am happy with it. I'd like to find out the differences, if any, between your 30-40 Hg knee-length socks and the regular Jobst ones.
Compression socks can be really difficult to order, I've tried other sites, and have just become frustrated. No so with compressions.com. Easy to find what you need, they provide all of the information you need. In fact I'm going to reorder soon.Very good quality product.

I was disappointed that nowhere on the website did it state that product was coming from the US.
In fact we were sure it said coming from Quebec Can. So with the difference in our dollar right now they were a fair bit more than expected.
