Was my first time ordering as well as wearing these stockings. I am very short so the fit is a little off for me. The band goes just under the knee part. Couts into my leg a bit...not sure if affecting circulation yet. I love the stocking and allso love the feel of them. I hope to get used to them soon. All in all I will be a return customer once I get this sizing all down pat.

Shipping service is the worse i have had from any online item i have purchased. I order a pair of shoes from another company the same day i ordered this socks... both were free shipping yours was 8 days the shoes were here in 2 days... i guess snail mail is cheaper for you... Just not the service i would expect from a mail order company!
I bought two pairs of compression socks from here. I measured my legs according to the site, and ordered the correct size according to their measurements. When they arrived, they were too small. I tried to return them, but they wouldn't let me return the one pair I had tried on. I was going to exchange to unopened pair, but because they were so unhelpful, I decided to just try to get my money back. I'm still trying. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

Great service and product, will definitely order from Compression Sale again.
Received stockings as ordered but had to return the original ones dues to various reasons. For whatever reason had to pay shipping to return them. Had to wait several days for the seller to approve the return. Will not order from that site again as returns are something that should be covered as this is not a brick and mortar store where items can be tried on and/or sampled before purchase. As a blind person it is very difficult to arrange for a trip to post office to get proper postage etc.

The items did not arrive until 13 days after ordered. I called after 9 days to find that an item was back ordered but everything was going out thatday. My cc was billed the day of the order. If things are on back order then an email should be sent. Also don't bill me until you ship.
