Best socks I've had. Wish the foot part were longer. The open toe model keeps riding up on me so I am ordering the closed toe type to try them out. The open toe model was worth the trouble! Reallly reduced my calves and ankles. Thanks! I evidently made a mistake on the second order which I had to return. I wanted another pair just like these which were nearly perfect I fear the replacement order may be wrong too. Got lucky on the first pair!
Website very easy to navigate. Savings was $20 to $30 less than I had been paying at a local retail outlet. And the best feature is I didn't have to wait weeks for the product to be delivered to the local retail store as the product arrived within a few days of making the order on line. Yeah!

It seems wasteful that each sock was in a separate shipping box.

I already contacted you regarding a defective thumb in a glove. The rubbery part of the thumb was totally stuck together. I was told by the rep it would be cheaper for me to just order a new pair than to pay for shipping to return the defective glove. Then I received an email asking for a photo which I sent, and received a response saying...stuck to what? And that was the end of the communication from this company. I understand now after ready all of the bad reviews for your customer service. I am just thankful mine was not an expensive order as I will be having to order several compression items in the future. I will pass the word along as much as I can to help others from being ripped off by you too.
