I received 6 pair but only ordered 3 pair.i got a return label e-mail and sent 3 pair back.
My husband hasn't worn them yet-they arrived late in the day. I hope he likes them. They did take a while to arrive.
Easy to put on & take off, comfortable to wear all day
They felt good on. One problem disappointed me the left sock had no cover near end by toes. It looked like someone tore off the end and never smoothed it off by covering cut part by toes.
I have always used Jobst Booms and decided to try you and was disappointed. I don't think I will reorder if merchandise comes likethis

Shipping time is problematic. It takes a while to actually ship and then the shipping time can be more than a week.
It was easy to make selection and order. Price very good
The socks seem to be good quality so far (received a couple days ago). Instructions to put on are helpful. Order took quite awhile in comparison with Amazon's quick delivery. Not an issue but it would be helpful to get an estimated delivery date when the order is placed.
My order was quite delayed very difficult to see where it is at having to download another app on my phone, which I would not do and so this method of tracking in order that you haven't received and we're expected to receive within 3 to 5 days was very difficult I was able to get in touch with customer support and that person was wonderful replying back expediting my delivery, which came within two days of me, speaking to them they deserve a kudos. The rest of the experience was not so good.
Ordered compression stocking on October 1st, 2024. They sent my order out without my street address so it never got to me. After 4 months of appealing, I still do not have a refund of $338 or replacement garments. Customer service never calls back when they say they will, will not pass phone calls on to a supervisor or management. They did not answer 3 recent emails requesting (then demanding) a refund. I am on a fixed income and this is highly harmful to those of us with medical conditions who desperately need these garments and pay high prices for every single thing we need. Several other reviews reference very slow delivery. I will report to consumer protection.
This business is stuck in the dot com era - horrible clunky site to navigate. When you do need someone, the phone number only sends you to contact extremely difficult rude service assistants (Maria should be fired for being openly hostile). They don't honor holiday exchange policies. In addition to this mess, exchange policy says they give you store credit, but then they don't apply it: I placed an order near the holidays with the explicit request to use my store credit towards my balance, which didn't happen - my card was charged the full amount.
I always order my Jobst compression hose from CompressionSale.com. I believe they have the best pricing and order arrives quickly and accurately.
I still have NOT received my order, 10 days after ordering. Would love an update!
Ordering was good but I have not received my order and I order them last month and I get then with in 10 day still no order
No problem ordering on line. I watched the video and the Donner looked like something that would help me with getting my compression socks on more easily. (It has helped me.)
I have not received my order of 2 ea compression hose open toe. I ordered since 24 December. I received a survey instead of my order. Ridiculous!
