I recently purchased one pair of Jobst ultra sheer open toe knee highs. They are the first pair of compression hosiery that are eSy to put on and very comfortable. I ordered two more pair.
This is the first time I ever bought this product. I have no idea what I'm buying and hope I can use them as I have large legs.
I have received them and even though I sent my measurements and ordered what the website directed me to, they don't stay up on my legs, and actually FALL DOWN after wearing them a couple hours. I'm VERY disappointed in this product and will not be reordering. I REALLY needed these and it makes me very sad they don't work out for me.
I ordered a pair of compression pantyhose and thigh high hose.
I could not even get them on my foot, so I started the return process...much to my dismay, I can only receive store credit or an exchange...
Because of this I will never order from this site again...How can anyone be sure the product will fit or is even what they will need until you hold it in your hand...?
I tried customer service, but they said it is their policy to give store credit...I do NOT like this.

The compression stockings feel great. They are nice and smooth. But the sizing you gave is wrong. I order the 15-20mg compression stocking xl. The reason I ordered the xl because my shoe size is a 12. However, the xl is still not big enough, barely got it on my foot and it only goes up a bit above the calf. Not what I expected. Kind of feel like I just wasted my money, because I cannot wear those stockings.
