Order process is quick and easy on web site. Delivery time was exceptionally fast. Product was well packaged and color was just as picture depicted. My only complaints are that I don't think item is true to size and it is very thin, almost feels as if I will snag or rip it when putting it on. The price was very good compared to most other places so maybe that's why the product is not as thick and durable. I paid more than double for the same type of product that I am replacing and it was much thicker and had a better quality feel to it. Time will tell how I feel about it after I've worn it for awhile.
