Wishing to be absolutely certain I ordered the correct item, not only chatted online with a customer service (sic) agent, but then with a live individual - clearly stating what I wished to purchase. In my dialogue I provided leg length, calf and ankle circumference as well as desired color for the support stocking I needed. The agent gave me one item number and then, stating she had made an error, changed to another item number.

Placed my order online and subsequently received the wrong item (yes, was the item number I ordered but NOT what I had described to the agent).

Called to request an exchange and was offered another item number in it's placed. Fortunately, before beginning the exchange process I checked the new item number online and, sure enough, was again the WRONG item (meaning wrong size).

Long and short of it, the company will NOT give a refund in any amount. If the correct item is of a lesser price, they will only issue a "store credit," as if anyone would ever shop this online merchant twice.

So wish I had had the fortitude to search online for reviews before placing my order as would have been saved quite a bit of frustration. Can only advise/caution any prospective buyer to absolutely steer clear of this merchant at all times.

1. The selection is pretty diverse. I shopped all the popular sites online and this site has one of the widest selections, if not THE widest selection I've seen. As someone who needs to wear braces all the time, I'm always particularly impressed with their selection of them.

2. Contrary to anything you may have heard, the customer service is GOOD. Yep, that's right, every time I've used this service, and I have for a few years now, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. I don't really like using the chat feature, but I've always been helped on the phone with any questions I usually have. There was one time when I had to ask a pricing question and they were more than happy to help me, but besides that, everything is detailed-ly listed on the site, so I never usually have to ask lots of things.

3. Prices a definitely reasonable. There's always some sort of sale going on - I guess there name suits them well, after all. :) Anyway, You're better off ordering from these guys than many of the other places when it comes to price. If you check back often, every couple weeks or so, you'd be really amazed at the kind of deals you could come away with.

Nothing makes me happier than Googling something you're looking to buy, finding a site that has it, and then getting around that site without any problems. One thing I was really, really, really impressed with was the fact that compressionsale definitely has it together when it comes to this. You can shop by compression level, gender, brand, etc. The way they've laid things out, makes it easy to find something immediately, or just browse aimlessly, until you stumble upon something you enticing that you might want to have delivered to your door. I was so happy to find that they had the Dr. Scholl's pair I was looking for, at just the right price. I had shopped this site long before these guys carried Dr. Scholl's, but now that they do, I DEFINITELY won't go elsewhere. From the site layout to the prices, this is really my one-stop-shop for all socks and compression related things.
