I first heard about this site a couple years ago when I had to place an order for my grandmother's compression hosiery. Back then, I didn't think much of the site as a place I'd want to do MY shopping - I didn't see a use for it for myself, really. Upon coming back to do another favorite for my grandma, I noticed that the site has definitely evolved from a few years ago. Now they offer super stylish leggings and patterned socks - nowhere in the description does it have anything to do with "compression" or "vericose veins." Basically, the site now has great looking fashionable pieces, when before they were merely a compression legwear site. Not that that's not a good thing, and not that that's not needed, but as a 28-year-old, I have no use for those items. All in all, there are very few places that my grandmother and I both shop, but surprisingly, this site just happens to be one of them. I can imagine I'll be placing a few bulk orders pretty soon for Christmas time. ;)

Upon talking to one of their customer service reps about what product I should by regarding my DVT, I felt like they really cared about whether or not I was buying the right product that would meet my specific needs.

They asked me a number of questions about what my doctor recommended, and then showed me several different choices they had in stock that would meet those qualifications. Being overwhelmed with choices, it took me a while to decide what order to put in, but they made me feel like I was in good hands, and wasn't just another person buying a product. They're passionate about what they do, and even though it's obviously a business, it seems like they view it as more than that, which can be very refreshing this day and age.

I also really liked that they sent me a follow-up email after I received my order, to ask if I was satisfied with anything, and if there's anything else they could do. I really really appreciated that. 2 thumbs up, Compressionsale!

I have diabetes so I have to buy diabetic socks every so often. A friend referred me to this site, and I definitely wasn't disappointed. The first great thing that caught my attention was the thoughtful and intuitive way the site was laid out. And believe me, as a web developer myself, I know. I've noticed that with a lot of the e-commerce sites I browse, it seems to take me forever to find what I'm looking for, and I often get lost in the process. Compressionsale lead me to exactly what I wanted, and they had it in stock at a super reasonable price. It's also really true that they'll beat any price advertised price from other advertised price by 10%. Honestly one of my most trusted ecommerce sites out there, in my book. Highly recommended.

I am in agreement with ALL of those who say that this is the worst customer service ever. Didn't receive the two items I ordered after waiting for several weeks. When I contact them, they claimed to have contacted me to say one of the two items I had ordered was discontinued. OK maybe I missed a phone call (no messages I could find) but they certainly had my e mail address -- no contact I could find. I told them to cancel the order entirely. They sent me the remaining item anyhow. Then they charged me for both items, failing to refund my money for the discontinued pair. Had to contact them again. They are THE WORST. Don't order from this firm.
