I was very dismayed a couple of months ago when one of my doctors advised me to wear support hose and was supported by my GP; however, compressionsale.com has made the transition less traumatic and expensive than I thought it would be. I was dismayed at the prices being charged by stores in the community; I don't know if compressionsale offers the best prices on-line, but I haven't seen anyone offer a price that I noted as being appreciably lower. The site is very well run and well organized, from the instructions you receive as to how to measure the size you need to the tracking of your order after you make it, and a reasonably wide variety of products is offered. After three orders, I am a very happy customer.

Tried to reorder a stocking I already had. Emily was too slow to respond to me via chat. When I spoke with her by dialing Customer Service on the phone, I found her to be condescending, short with me, and hung up before all my questions were answered.
Ease of site. Customer service replied to my inquiry in a very quick manner. Also liked free shipping. Recommended to friends and they are planning on making a purchase of the same product.

I bought three different brands of support pantyhose to try, which haven't yet but 'm sure i will be happy with them. The delivery was horrible, I placed my order on October 31st and received it on November 14th. Nothing should ever take 2 weeks to be delivered.
