I received my order in a very timely manner. This was the first time I had purchased with the company. I was sent the incorrect product than the one I ordered. I repackaged the merchandise and returned the item. As of todays date, I have not received my original item I ordered.
My husband wears the Truform compression stockings, so I have ordered him a couple more and I thought I would order him the lighter form of socks. All the items that I bought will be his Christmas gifts.
Unfortunately for me, the current sale was announced shortly after I'd made my order. I should have waited a while.
I made a mistake when i initially ordered from this company. I THOUGHT since the front web page states fast and easy returns i would be able to return this unopened item for a refund. The first line of the return section of their site states "Products that are new and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged for up to 180 days following the original purchase date." well i am here to tell you if you read way down at the bottom of the return section most products CAN NOT be returned for a refund - only an exchange will be done and they double the shipping price to boot. When i called about doing a return the customer service woman was rude and not very helpful. I did eventually get the correct product but after paying double shipping it wasnt really any bargain.

Very easy to find what you are looking for and great service. They are very helpful if you have problems with side effect from medications that make you legs swell. It helps to keep the swelling down and help circulation.
