Not what was expected.

I needed to return a pair of compression stockings, and found the process to be daunting. First of all the returns policy is quite confusing, there are variations, and difficult to understand. I sent an email asking for clarification, and the answer told me to read the returns policy that was online. Which i had already done. Then when i requested a return authorization, the email was again unclear on what i should do. I assumed i would receive a return pre-paid label, but no. And again the instructions were both lengthy and unclear. I won't get a refund, only a store credit, despite the fact the merchandise was unopened or used at all.
I will be charged a restocking fee besides.! This is unfair.
I suggest you simplify your returns policy. I will shop around to other sites before purchasing from you again.
Everything I get from you is too small. But I perserveered and got the perfect wrist support, so I'm ordering thru you again because this one works. Online help was no help at all. You wouldn't accept my coupon even though it SAYS I get 10% off next order (it did not say order of what). I'm only shopping here because I can't find it anywhere else.
I'd like a better deal or some coupons.
