The problem is not yours, it's my computer ability. Your program is one of the easiest.

The only difficulty I had was getting from the shipper to the seller. The look of the carton holding the hose has been changed and I thought I had received the wrong merchandise. When I got to speak to the seller, we discovered this was what had caused my confusion. The merchandise is fine. I would order from them again.

Fairly easy even for an older person.

I have brought from here before, but the last order contained a runner in the heel of my jobst stocking 15-20 mm, mediums. I was dissapointed and hope these are not "seconds" since they cost less then my neighborhood store. It was not worth the return postage to send them back so I am giving you another chance! Hope these are OK since they are expensive and I need to wear them everyday. Nora Boresky
