Be sure that in stock means that they actually have it IN STOCK at their location. More likely it is in stock at the manufacturer and you will have to wait for it to be shipped to them and then shipped to the customer.

I was used to wearing the Medi Assure, but decided to try this brand. In my opinion these are the in-between of Jobst on the heavier side and the Medi on the lighter side. It is too early for me to comment on how they will hold up over time, as I've only had them for a short time.

I returned a previous order due to problems. The return procedure is very complicated. It took a lot of time to get the credit arranged as the staff was working different shifts & no notes were on file to assist when the representative was not available. Eventually, I sent the stockings c/o the second employee who assisted me (as instructed) & the credit was put on my record. I thought that speaking to an employee rather than doing it online would make it easier but instead it was very difficult.
Sizing information available is not consistent. On the socks I ordered, there are measurements for ankle, calf, thigh, but they do not say how big the foot will be. I may get them to fit my calves, but the toe might stretch out for days. Others give shoe size, but not calf size options.
I had a feeling they would be too long and would not work for me, and that has been confirmed. They are very nice compression socks, but you just don't have anything to fit my legs.
I was disappointed at the condition of the boxes when they arrived. They were a Christmas gift, but the boxes were smashed and torn.
There is NO other web site I will use to buy these stockings!
