I tried to fill out online form to return both pairs of same size compression hose I ordered but website's "Item condition" category did only allowed for purchase of 1 pair so I explained following in Comment section: "Only 1 pair was partially tried on for size. I could only, and barely, get 1 foot into 1 hose leg up to knee but no further. The opening for both legs at hips was so small that I could in no way contort my body to get both legs into the hose. I have multiple sclerosis, degenerative disk disease in lower back, and arthritis in knees and hips, making me too inflexible to get into these compression hose. The other package was opened but not tried on at all since they were same as ones I tried. I had selected the size from your chart and with my weight at 165, a Queen size should have fit. I'm too discouraged to try anything else. I understand I will only get a store credit for the partially tried on pair but please give me a full refund for the other pair. Thank you. Guess I just need a return #?" I wasn't sent one and emails I received didn't seem to understand the problem. I'm sending back the two pair without return # and hoping I get a refund for the one pair.

I was having a little trouble finding my particular product, so I decided to use CompressionSale's chat feature. In theory, I love this option, because I don't really like talking to customer service reps over the phone, but in the past, I've found that upon using chat options on large website's like this, it's often times just a "robot" entering in prewritten responses to your questions. I was so relieved to find that this was not the case on this site! It was an actual friendly human being fielding my questions, and giving me specific answers. What a difference that really makes. Ultimately, I ended up finding a product that was even better for me than if I had chosen it on my own. Thanks!

For anyone looking to get their medical wear in a hurry, I would definitely recommend this site - delivery only took a couple days - I honestly couldn't believe it, especially since it's just after the holidays and the mail is crazy this time of year. Nevertheless, that was the first awesome aspect that stuck out to me about this company. Secondly, I really loved their selection. HUGE selection of compression stockings! It was almost overwhelming how much they had to choose from. With a little browsing though, I was able to pick out exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience with these guys, and I can imagine I'll be paying them another visit.
