I am trying to exchange the socks I bought but, the amount of rigamorale you have to go thru is ridiculous. I am waiting to find out how to exchange.

I liked the product but I am dissatisfied with the delivery time. It took too long to be delivered.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size sleeve and although I followed the procedures for help from compressionsale.com, I have not yet been contacted by the company for help with exchanging products. It has been a week since I filled out the exchange request online and I have yet to be contacted with the mailing details to send back the sleeves that were the wrong size. I have not worn them nor tried them on since it was obvious when I saw them that they were too small.
