One should make sure they are ordering something that they know will fit, because it just about takes an act of congress to obtain an exchange. Customer service does everything in their power to make it difficult and expensive to return an item. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to make an exchange you should make sure you include all of the original packaging and expect additional fees for postage and stocking fees. It is hard to believe that this company is still in business.

I have been shopping with this company for many years, and they started off as a site carrying a handful of trusted brand specialty compression stockings. What they've evolved into is a site where you can pretty much purchase whatever types of socks or compression wear you want - and that definitely shows the traction they've gained over the years. I use this site super frequently - so much so that for the past 4 years, I've only purchased my socks through them! Unfortunately, I've never stopped by to say "thank you" until now. Easy ordering good prices, fast delivery
I did not receive what I thought I had ordered. I ordered xlfc but what I got do not cover the full calf. I have others that do and these do not measure up. In fact the toe on one sock split open when I tried to stretch it.
Satisfied in all respects.
