With my last order I think way over a year ago, I did have some problems, that is the reason why I would not tell my friends. After all it took way over 1 month to get it resolved.

Great service. Husband really likes the socks. The only negative is that in order to fit his foot they are a little too long.
It seems the size and color I prefer are getting harder to find. I placed an order for two pairs of Jobst for Men stockings # *******. They substituted Jobst # *******-33. These are not even close to being an equal product.
Four days after requesting a return authorization and shipping label they still haven't responded.
Considering the unauthorized substitution and the non action to return the product, I would not recommend anybody to deal with this company.
Product is exceptional and my flight attendant daughter is using it now too.

The stockings feel good. I wish there was a lighter beige available but the color is acceptable.

The diabetic socks are so soft and the toe seam is so smooth, not like the other compression socks I have
